Premier Basement Systems

Description of Work: Prepared crawl space for new triple sump pump, including removal of old pumps, plastic, debris. Trenched for channeling water. Installed triple pump, water barrier membrane, fan system.

Description of Work: We had a foundation crack that was allowing some moisture to come thru the foundation. At that time Premier Systems were busy enough that it was a couple of weeks after ordering service that they were able to do the work. The service people explained the process which was to drill holes into the vertical crack in the foundation wall and and force a combination of sealing materials that would expand and seal the crack. The service people conducted the work. Unfortunately, the material used in the first application was defective and did not set up(expand) as it was supposed to. As a result the work had to be redone. This extended the period of time that our basement was torn apart and delayed our new carpet installation. The second application appears to be working since I have been unable to detect any moisture with a moisture probe. I think that the process they use seems to be a good one, we were unfortunate to have some defective material used. My sense of the discussions at that time was that the vendor supplying the material to Premier was at fault for the bad material. | |I would use premier again for similar application presuming their work / review history remains good.

Description of Work: Installed equipment to reduce radon in my home. Had 10 times the amount the EPA considers acceptable levels. After installing testing showed that was still to high (about 4 times). Premier installed a stronger fan and tested again. This time it was just a little above acceptable EPA levels. Again Premier came out and made some adjustments and tested. EPA levels are now about half of the acceptable max.There was always 1 price and was no extra charges for the extra visits. It was always they're insistence to come out and get it right. I felt they truly had our safety in mind.

Description of Work: The home needed some major foundation work and we were provided a comprehensive bid. The company was very pleasant to work with, but due to some family health issues...we elected to sell the property rather than undertake the large project.
