Description of Work: Repaired a bathroom drain pipe

Description of Work: Main drain pipe from upstairs kitchen, through basement wall was misaligned and cracked. Replaced about 8ft. of drain.

Description of Work: Replaced two faucet stems in bathtub fixture.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 outside faucets.

Description of Work: The drain stoppage and leak started on evening of 7/5. We initially took steps to clean up the spill in the kitchen, but could not stop the leak in the basement, By the next day 7/6 we used Angie's List to find a plumbing service. We chose Anchor. We had to leave a message because there was no answer. The owner called back later and listened to our description. He said Anchor does not do work on unclogging drains, but that he would try to locate another outfit that does. This turned out to be Roto Rooter, but we never heard back.

Description of Work: Fixed a toilet leak. It was an easy fix but something I couldn't do. He was late because he had another job that was more than he thought, so he didn't charge me. Amazing!

Description of Work: He's so busy, I wasn't sure he could fit me in, but he worked into the night to finish my job.

Description of Work: I called the service and immediately received a phone call in return. Troy said he would call back the following morning and come over to do an estimate. He called later that evening and did not remember what we talked about. I had to remind him it was for an estimate on a water heater installation. On 05/01/11 he never called. I called at about 11:30a.m. and asked him if he would complete the estimate. Troy put me on hold and finally hung up on me. This guy is very busy but he has to make time for all of his customers.
