I have used them twice and they are very good.

we called because our hot water heater was leaking. he came right out to check the hot water heater. after checking it he replaced it right away. Everything went good.

Troy was in and out in under 60 minutes and did a great job! The kitchen sink faucet and handle had broken and was rusted out. Troy had to saw off the fittings and replaced the faucet and hand sprayer. He crawled under the house to check for water damage and to check the water fittings under the bathroom tub and toilet. Troy was successful in removing an outdoor attachment from the outdoor faucet and tighten another faucet so it would stop dripping.

Did a correct diagnosis that the drain had never been in correct alignment which stressed the pipe and more than likely the house settleing finally broke and cracked the drain pipe. Obtained the correct parts to compensate for the mis-alignment. Troy, did a efficient and professional job. Cleans up after his work.

Troy showed up no more than an hour after I talked to him about a small flood in my basement. He fixed that quickly and cheaply and notice my ten year old water heater was leaking and not properly grounded, He replaced that the next day. Troy was very professional and reasonable. I recommended him to my mom when she had a problem and she had a similar experience with Anchor. Highly reccommended.

The previous owners of my home had just bungled the whole pipe system . Anchor came in noticed that pipe that should have been there wasn't, got the right pipes put it together haven't had a leak since. None of the other people that looked at my plumbing were able to fix it.Very happy with the job done.

Troy was very upbeat and personable. He made sure the whole process created the least possible inconvenience for my wife and me. He did have to cut a hole in the ceiling in the basement to get the new plumbing through, but was able to do it where a light fixture was located. I simply replaced the old light fixture with a slightly larger one which completely covers the hole. It was a very difficult and time consuming job, yet Troy was actually able to complete the job under budget! The original bid was $1600.00 and he was able to complete the job for $1400.00. If I ever need any plumbing done in the future, I will definitely be giving Troy a call!

His instructions was so easy to follow that I was able to do it myself.

I thought that it would be a simple tightening of a screw. He found that a part had broken, took the faucet apart and replaced it spending about 30 minutes working on it. When he finished, he did not charge for the service. I recommend him as an honest and competent plumber.

Mr. Sampson went out of his way to explain to me in detail what he was doing and why, and he gave me suggestions to help me avoid similar problems in the future. He was very careful to keep the area clean and tidy. I could not be happier with the results, and level of professionalism.

Responded quickly, was effecient and clean in his work-Carefully checked after the filter was repaired and found the valve was leaking.

He not only did what was asked, but put a new cartridge in the used faucet with no extra charge. He estimated the charge before the work and charged exactly what he estimated.
