Call back to ask about my concerns was prompt and they scheduled me for the next day. Michael arrived promptly, was friendly and professional. Some reviews stated they seemed on the expensive side but I felt I was given a fair quote for the work they did. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and call them for future needs.

The provider came at the scheduled time, worked clean and efficient. I gave 4 stars for value since it was a little expensive; he did show up on a 2 days notice and did lots of work. Overall, I will hire him again if need be.

Professional

I made an appt in the AM, but they didn't show, I guess someone didn't show up at work that morning, I called them to see what was happening, they sent a couple of guys out that afternoon, with in an hour they hydro jetted my drain lines, and fixed the problem. No more stopped up drain.

Trustworthy

The great thing about our first experience with Elevate is that they responded and visited our home to remove a failed water heater very quickly. The hot water heater was successfully removed, and plumbing reconnected to the surviving water heater. Unfortunately, this is where the good news ends. They ended up taking some items that should have been left behind to use when we installed the new water heater. When we contacted them regarding the issue and asking for our items back, we were informed they had been disposed of because they could not have been reused. Which is not accurate. The owner came out to look over things and agreed to install the new water heater for free. Sounds great, right? We sure appreciated the gesture. We even talked about a new water filtration system and promised to send Elevate the results of our water tests. We have since sent them the results. Not only did they promise to send us water heater recommendations (never did), but we are also still waiting to hear back on whether we need a new water filtration system (and why). After several attempts on our part to reach out, Elevate continued to make promises, but failed to deliver (still have not heard back on the details of why we might need a new filtration system). In the end, we gave up waiting on them to follow through and we had new tanks installed without their assistance. We showed them photos of the installation as well as receipts showing the parts that we had to replace due to them walking off with them (and we did not even include parts to reconnect the GeoThermal). The cost came to $49.34 and when we asked them to kindly reimburse, they declined. This was an inexpensive out to save face, yet they walked away. I cannot in good faith recommend any business that struggles to communicate and fails to follow through. They threw away additional business opportunity and a solid review over basic customer service. We wish them the best, but buyer beware. 2 star for getting the first tank promptly removed could have been an easy 5 if they simply followed through on their promises.

Great work and easy to talk with.

This company does a great job. The crew showed up on time. The plumber Dustin and his apprentice did top quality work. Very knowledgeable regarding well water systems. They installed a new pressure tank as well as the mainline valve.

Dustin was awesome. He identified the problem we had with a previous contractor, removed damaged plumbing and installed new plumbing including shower stalls, sinks, water heater. I would say he is a perfectionist! Thanks Dustin!!!
