We had the pleasure of working with Elevated Plumbing after American Home Shield assigned them to handle a plumbing issue in our home. From start to finish, they provided exceptional service that exceeded our expectations. After submitting the work request through AHS, I quickly received a friendly call from Elevated Plumbing’s office staff, followed by a text and email confirming the service details. Their communication was stellar, and they kept us informed at every step. When Dustin arrived, it was immediately clear we were in capable hands. Dustin’s professionalism, expertise, and patience stood out as he diagnosed and repaired the issue. The repair process involved removing drywall, sourcing parts, replacing a damaged section of pipe, and thoroughly testing the system to ensure the leak was fixed. Dustin also took the time to answer all my questions and explain why the leak occurred, which I greatly appreciated.

They were prompt, helpful, and gave useful advice.

They evaluated a potential water leak in the crawlspace under our home, and said, after a thorough inspection, that another contractor would be needed to perform any additional work. They did not charge us anything for the time they took to evaluate the issue, or for the visit. I will definitely use them again in the future if we have a plumbing issue I cannot fix.

Expert repair to a 50-year old bathtub valve...even had the exact internal part on his truck! He also did some extra work improving my DIY bathtub spout fixture, which I thought I had to replace...now better than new. Arrived on time and done quickly.

The owner arrived to check out what needs to be done. Not one if his workers. We had a thorough discussion about my options and he answered my questions.

Willing to talk about options and took the time to explain. No high pressure tactic. Didnâ t need work I called about after all but did replace a failed water reservoir on water heater.

Our tech called another plumber to come out to help with the faucet installation. I did not know that and when he came I did not see him until much later when I heard the tech talking to someone. I thought he was on the phone. When I went to check I saw another pair of legs! I do not think it was appropriate that he invite another person into my house without my knowledge or consent. Otherwise the jobs (toilet repair and 3 faucets installed) went well..

Called and left a message. Got a call back in 15 min, and someone came out about 1.5 hours later. I called 3 other companies before this one, and no one could get me in before the Memorial Day weekend. Our plumber, Dustin, was courteous and was in and out in less than an hour. I also appreciated that he wore boot covers in my house without me asking. Price was more than I expected, but given how quickly they came out and finished the work, it was acceptable. Would use again and recommend to others.

Very good communication throughout the process. They were not the lowest bid, but they were far more thorough than others. They were on the scheduled time, and removed the old heater, and upgrade the 20+ year old plumbing that was on the verge of failure. We would use Elevated for any plumbing need going forward.

These guys were great. I was so pleased with how we were treated and the options we were given. We will definitely hire them in the future.

Michael, the plumber they sent out was excellent, professional and friendly.

I had a leak under the floor and my bathroom had to be gutted. Michael fixed code violations (1977 house) in the water pipes and put in my walk-in-shower pan, so far. So much more to do!!He is proactive, on time, but if he is running late, he communicates!! I trust him!

The plumber who did the job was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He got the job done in the time frame they gave, and it appears to be a quality job. We got 3 bids for this project, and Elevated was the lowest. Would highly recommend this company.

They were knowledgeable, honest and professional. They are based in Nampa, Idaho, but were happy to drive the 40 miles to Payette.. I will hire them again!
