AAA RAIN GUTTERS

AAA Rain Gutter's bid was less than one half of another bid I received, primarily because even though the gutters are old, Ron said there was no need to replace them. He did the work himself, arrived on time, finished the job quickly, and left me instructions to call him if they did not perform as expected in the first rain. (They worked beautifully!) The job turned out to be more difficult than he anticipated and to take longer, but still he did not add to his original estimate.

I think "AAA" cares about their work and is competent in its execution. As a long-time contractor, that constitutes a sound recommendation coming from me. I would not hesitate to use them again.

This is the second house on which Rob installed our rain gutters. He does an outstanding job. Rob shows up as scheduled and works diligently until the project is finished. His work looks just great and the gutters do not leak. We highly recommend him.

His bid was cheaper than my other two bids and he didn't agree with one of the bidders that the gutters in the back needed to be replaced - just the one downspout that was obviously in need of replacement. He did a great job, was very considerate of my time, and never pushed for add-ons

We had our old roof tore off and a new roof put on, new soffit and fascia and new gutters installed. We had three different companies working with us, the new roof-Idaho Roofing and Handyman Services, Sweet construction installed the soffit and facia, and AAA Rain Gutters installed new gutters. I was very happy with all the work done on our home. The finall bill for each project was exactly what we were told it would be. Everyone showed up when they said they would and cleaned up when they left. I would recommend all three companies.

Rob came out to give me an estimate for new gutter instillation for my house. He was very professional, called me to give me a heads up that he was on his way. Once he arrived and I showed him the area that I wanted the new gutter instillation, he gave me his recommendation and a very reasonable estimate. In addition, he was very honest about being able to move the existing gutter to another location, thus saving me the added expense for adding a new gutter that location. However, the most amazing part of the whole thing was even though I was a total flake and forgot the appointment, he went ahead the installed/moved the gutters without me being present and left a bill under my front door. I am not accustomed to such honest service and would gladly recommend him to anybody that asks in addition to keeping his business card on file for future needs.

Rob was great, he gave me a quote with good detail to start. We reviewed two possible colors and I accepted his recommendation for one shade darker than the trim on my house. His price with an Angie's List discount was the best of my 3 quotes. Then he let me know how far out he would need to schedule and got back in touch to firm up a date. The April winds picked up and he had a single day delay, and probably fought the wind anyway to finish my job. One day and it was done. When I drove up after work it looked like he had never been there and the color match was so good the gutters virtually disappear! The gutters were installed nice and tight up to the fascia with no gaps. Evidently he got another job from one of my neighbors, too. Thank you for helping me protect my greatest investment!

Rob showed up in the morning and finished a little after noon. The install went very well and the new gutters match the house and look great.

I really liked them and I would use them again. I called him in the middle of winter and he couldn't install them because of the weather but he got here as soon as the weather got warm enough.

I called Rob once about a year ago to replace my chain downspout with a regular four inch downspout. I was worried I would be ignored because it was a small job and he didnt know me. I was wrong, Rob came that day and placed a new downspout for a reasonable price. Recently we moved into a new house and I called Rob to install about 120' and four downspouts. He was quick, quality and pleasant.

Rob was on time for the estimate, the install, and the follow-up detail completion. Rob was very good at returning my phone calls and meeting me at my house for the estimate and the install.

It went fantastically, he performed the work earlier than expected, the gutters look and work great (at least so far!). He was a pleasure to deal with on the phone, despite a bit of phone tag, which was mostly on my end. FANTASTIC experience overall.

When I contacted Rob, he indicated it was a very busy time for him and said he'd try to get out the following Mon - Wed to our home to give us a quote. We've never heard from him after that initial call. I find this to be very unprofessional and we have contacted a competitor and given them the job.

Rob was very busy at this time; however, since the job was a small one he was able to work it into his hectic schedule. He gave me a heads up call when he knew he could be at the house and was very courteous and professional on the job. I had asked him to include two extra extensions and he gave me a special deal on those including the 10% Angie's List discount. He even put covers over the gutter that I had on hand and didn't charge for their installation. I was very satisfied with his timeliness and a job well done.

The entire process went very smoothly. I called Rob and he came out and prepared an estimate in a very timely manner. Because we had some long runs on areas of our roof, Rob designed a system that would avoid too much runoff in any one gutter section and which used really stout gutter hangers. We also agreed on gutter covers in certain areas near trees. Rob scheduled the installation and installed the rain gutters and covers on the date and in the manner we agreed. The gutters look great. With recent rain storms I have been able to determine that the gutters do not leak at any joints, that the downspouts properly direct the water away from the house and, unexpectedly, are much quieter than our previous gutters. Rob really knows what he is doing and is a professional in every sense of the word. He was a pleasure to deal with and if we ever need rain gutters again I will definitely call AAA Rain Gutters.

Rob came promptly after I called him and made appropriate measurements around our house. I found him to be very responsive, friendly and an excellent listener. He spent some time discussing concerns that I had about where the spouts should be placed in our irregular C-shaped house. This was an issue as the water runoff from our previous install was accumulating against the foundation. Rob proposed a redesign and offered an estimate that was fair. Encouraged by the positive reviews that I had read on Angie's list and by his overall professional attitude, I accepted his recommendations and bid. As he has a busy work schedule, we arranged for him to do the job 2 weeks later. On the morning of the day that the work was to be performed a very strong wind and rain storm prevailed over southeast Boise where we live. Rob called me early to ask whether it would be OK to delay the job one day, which was OK with me, as it would have been difficult to work under those conditions with the rain and wind truly howling. Nevertheless, it died down around noon and I soon got a call back from Rob wanting to know whether it would be OK to come after all as the sun had now started to come out. He and his helper came out and they took down our old gutters. The next morning they came back and installed our new gutters. They approached the job methodically and professionally. He did his best to match the color of our house. As I sit here today, the work looks beautiful and professionally crafted. Rob threw in two retractable spouts for free and honored the 10% discount coupon offered on Angie's List, no questions asked. After a difficult remodel of our house and bad experiences with several (but not all) contractors, it was a pleasure to work with someone like Rob who takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers. I will certainly call him again and recommend him to my friends as needed. He may just have put his finger on a successfull business model that others in the construction industry could mimic and make a good living.

The new gutters work well and look really sharp! The quality of the work was excellent and was just what I expected. I would recommend them to anyone need gutter work done. I am going to have AAA install gutter caps in the next few weeks.

I had a wonderful experience with Rob. Not only was he responsive, timely and professional, but he honored a coupon that I had completely failed to mention while receiving the initial quote. I called to arrange and estimate, Rob arrived the next day, as agreed, measured, advised me as to additional downspouts to handle increased runoff and gave me an estimate within minutes. When I accepted the estimate, we arranged a time for the job to be performed. On the appointed day, he called to make sure we were ready, arrived promptly. He fabricated and installed the new gutters and downspouts, after removing the old ones, in about four hours. I am very happy with his work, and would recommend him to anyone.

Rob did a good job installing rain guttering around the house. Rob was proffesional and punctual at all times. He kept me informed about the project and was able to complete the job sooner than expected. The bid submitted was very competetive. I have another house that will new guttedring in the near future.
