AAA RAIN GUTTERS

Came and gave me a quote, I accepted, said he would be back within 2 weeks to do the job. Never heard from him again.

Set time to look at project. Did not show.

We had AAA Rain Gutters to install the gutters on the front of the house, and we were very satisfied then, so we had them back to complete the gutters along the side of the house. Based upon our experience, we would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs rain gutters.

Rob was quick to reply to my Angie's List message with a phone call to discuss what I needed. When he came to my home, he provided a lot of information about my fix/replace options even though he does not replace my style of gutter. He also wrote down the three local gutter contractors who could replace my style of gutter.

Excellent. Rob is very busy, so you can't be in a rush. We had some communication problems which turned out to be my fault!

Rob was on time for the quote and did the work when promised. He is very professional and customer oriented

Rob returned my call within an hour. He said he would stop by in a few days which was fine. He called back about an hour later and said he was nearby. He stopped by and in less than an hour repaired our gutters. We live in a town where few contractors will even return a call much less show up, even those rated A on Angies list. Rob and AAA was not like this at all. They were excellent to deal with and very professional. A real breath of fresh air in this city.

Rob was wonderful to work with! He was always punctual and professional, and he made sure I understood all of my options. He also worked very well with my painter, even removing and hauling away my old gutters on very short notice so that the painting could get done more efficiently. I had been given the runaround and very high bids from a few of the larger companies in Boise, so we are so glad that we found AAA!

All went perfectly! Rob was responsive, professional throughout, and thoughtful about exactly what was necessary to address my gutter issues. He installed two additional downspouts and repaired a leaky gutter corner. In addition, after paying him I noticed a small additional issue that needed attention. He quickly went to his truck, prepared the necessary materials and quickly installed them, all at no extra charge! If necessary I would hire him again in a second.

Very well, he was prompt and even though he thought it might take him a while to get to the work, he found an opening and got the work done sooner than I expected. He was pleasant, quick and did not leave any mess.

Rob installed our new gutters in not so favorable conditions. The recent snow delayed the install for over a month, and the day he came out it decided to snow again. Thankfully it let up and he was actually able to complete the whole project. House was built in 1997 and never had gutters before. We are very pleased at how it matches the colors of the house and trim. Rob was very professional in keeping in contact about he install, even when we realized the weather was a huge problem. We didn't expect to have anything done for another month or so. Rob was very pleasing to talk to, and he wasted no time in getting his work done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Did not respond to my call for 10 days, and when they did they indicated it would be three weeks before they could get to it.

It was a great experience. Really busy time for me at work. Rob came over and did the estimate without my having to take time off work. He left a written estimate before he left, we communicated by text to make arrangements and the job was done in just a few hours a week later. I would highly recommend him to others.
