Arrived on time and completed the job without incident.

Very positive experience. It was a relief to know that the outside water pipe is protected and will never cause me grief since my crawl space has had 2 problems with moisture in the past 4 months.

After about 1 hour their plumber Darrin called me to say he was on his way. When he got here he checked the pipe, crawl space and outside faucet. He explained to me the work that was required and how much it would cost. He was very professional and I was impressed with his customer service. He replaced the faucet and pipe and showed me the damaged pipe, he then showed me the faucet and pipe he was installing, it was obvious the one he was fitting was a much superior product than the one he replaced. I would definatley use YMC in the future.

I found a company called Big Dog on Angie’s List that I had called out to do the plumbing work but these guys had responded. They did a fine job and it was good. Their pricing was a little bit more than what I had expected to pay but they had also not given me a lower quote. I was not able to compare their pricing to anybody else. The work had also taken longer due to which they charged more but the job was fine. He did what he was supposed to do and I did not have any problems after that. Their responsiveness was good as they came out the next day.

A guy who was with Big Dog Plumbing that is now combined with YMC came out. He did a quality job and helped repair a job done by another provider. His price was very fair and he showed integrity and competence. I will use him again.

Darrin with YMC was very busy on this particular Sunday but managed to get to my house and correct the frozen pipes. He then followed up with an estimate and service to prevent the issues in the future. He was very good explaining/giving instructions to my daughter (who lives in the home) how to take care of the pipes in the garage and help prevent future issues. I would definitely use YMC again.

Big Dog was careful to keep our floors tidy while doing the plumbing work of our bathroom remodel. They tore out the old tub, and replaced it with a new tub. They removed and reseated the toilet. All work was done neatly and quickly. We are currently having issues with a popping metal sound on the bathtub when walked on, but we'll see how that is resolved. We haven't heard back yet. OVerall, Big Dog did a good job from estimate to finish. They even took time to fix an outdoor faucet that we asked them to take a look at.

I called their office at 12:12 p.m. today because I had a steady hot water leak in my bathtub. Marty showed up not long after that and by 4:00 he was done. He replaced the fixture and new faucets. I am a happy camper.

Big Dog Plumbing has done many jobs for us over the past few years from jacuzzi bath motor installation, water softener installation, water pressure pump installation, and miscellaneous plumbing repairs. We always call Marty and Big Dog comes running just like their ads say. Very reasonably priced with high integrity. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our plumbing needs.

They had the best rating on Angie's List so I thought I'd give them a call to try to set up a water softener bypass valve replacement. I had to speak to someone in scheduling (btw, this is no longer Big Dog plumbing, they have merged with a bigger company ... probably the source of the bad service, IMHO) and provided the lady on the phone with the exact make and model of the part that needed replacement and wanted to get confirmation that when they showed up (1 week later) they would bring the part so we didn't just burn time and have to schedule another appointment. She got frustrated with me and told me and told me she didn't have time to discuss the matter further on the phone because she was very busy with other customers with more important, pressing issues. I asked if there was someone else I could discuss this with, she said she was going to transfer me to a service manager and then hung up on me. This is exactly the kind of customer service I was trying to avoid! So I have to let you all know about this place.

Showed up on time. Very, very friendly. Work needed assessed quickly and repaired quickly. Fair rate for work done. Thank you!

I'll provide the bottom line first -- all work was performed as expected, on time, with high quality results. Details include: 1) We received a detailed bid for all fixtures and labor. No surprises. 2) Fixture prices were higher than internet pricing, but not by much. I didn't mind paying a little extra because Big Dog Plumbing took total responsibility for ensuring that all the right parts were received, inventoried, and inspected for quality prior to installation. I wasn't made the middle man between the plumber and the supply house, and there is beauty in having only one neck to choke if something goes awry. 4) Punch list items were minor and were addressed immediately. 4) The work was done in a professional and workmanlike manner, my home was treated like it was their home. Everything was kept clean and tidy. 5) Communication was excellent from bidding through job completion. Again, no surprises. I have engaged a number of trades over the course of owning three houses, and I can honestly say that my experience was never better than what I received from Big Dog Plumbing.

Very satisfied with the job done. He found a 'shop towel' in one of the drains, and, although this was the problem, he went above and beyond what was needed by snaking out both toilet drains just to be sure. I will definitely call on this company again!

The company contacted me right away and set up appointment that was convenient. They followed with a followup call to confirm my appointment and location as we live in a rural area. I was given the cell phone of the employee that was assigned to me if I needed to contact him at any time. He called previous to my appointment time and stated he was running a bit late apologized for any inconvenience and stated that he would only be approximately ten minutes later than our appointed time. I appreciated this courtesy. The employee was courteous and proffessional. The work was done quickly and the cost was very fair. My overall experience with this company was terrific.

He was on time, personally acceptable, got right to work, explained to me exactly what he had to do and what he did. He was on time and on task. I would not hesitate to call this company, again.

I was pleased to find a LOT of good reviews for this plumber on Angie's List. I called for an estimate and heard back within a few hours and was given an estimate of two hours for a cost of $180. Marty said he could do it the next morning around 9-9:30 am. I booked the service. Marty called at 9:15 and said he was on his way; he arrived at 9:30. So far so good. He went through the parts and instructions and carried out the installation then tested all the connections, etc. There was initially a good size leak which he found right away and tightened it up. Tested again, ran the new faucet to clear it and cleaned up. I was very impressed with Marty. Very prompt, professional, and thorough and cleaned up everything before leaving. The bill was exactly the estimate within the two hour period. I expect all will be well, but will update this review if something changes my mind about the service. He did say to call if any leaks develop and I noted the instructions that came with the system said to check it weekly for the first few weeks. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again without hesitation in the future should I need a plumber again.

Service was really good. They were timely and professional. He explained everything he needed to do and told us what needed to be done and why. Then he confirmed what services we were "okay" with us before performing them.

Todd and Marty did an excellent job on my plumbing. I had just bought a HUD home and the plumbing was pretty bad. Big Dog Plumbing gave me a quote for the repairs needed and then I went ahead and remodeled the bathroom with new fixtures, because the old ones were just nasty. Todd and Marty were always there when they said they would be and were very professional. I was VERY PLEASED with Big Dog Plumbing! They fixed the plumbing, replaced the tub, shower, and toilet, installed my vanity that I bought, replaced the hot water heater that went out during the remodel, (it was old). They also replaced the kitchen sink and faucet and fixed the leaks under the kitchen sink. I would gladly hire them again! I will recommend Big Dog Plumbing to anyone I know who needs great, reliable plumbers! :)

It went extremely well. I was concerned about getting someone to come out, with it being so close to the July 4th holiday. They returned my original call to them within less than 24 hours. As stated above, Todd was on time (even called to say he was on his way), polite, professional, & completed job in a reasonable amount of time.

I've just used them one time. Their price was fair. They were wonderful. They were nice, efficient and timely.

I called with a day and time that I wanted them to come. They were able to schedule that exact time. They called to let me they were on their way and were right on time. They were courteous and finished the work quickly with no mess!

Not enough time to dido the work on Monday, out tood looked at the job and did the work on Tuesday. Work was satisfactory and price.
