Great! Providers got here quickly and got the job done quickly!

I engaged YMC for 2 jobs. I was unhappy with both the quality and price of the both jobs. I had 2 leaky sinks, and the total bill to fix was $1,000 total. The techs visited multiple times, so I received multiple service charges and in the end, I believe I was overcharged for labor. In reviewing the (2nd) invoice, I was charged for 4.5 hours of work when the tech was only there 45 min. When I asked about that I was told that the tech spent 3hr 45min hours driving to different supply warehouses looking for parts ( a pre-rinse spray hose). It seemed very excessive to me at $90/hr. Can't a tech call around for a particular part instead of driving around town to random supply warehouses? Further, I am already experiencing problems with one of the sinks again. Normally I would call the previous plumber who fixed it but I will not do that this time as I am afraid of getting overcharged again. I used YMC because of their "A" rating on Angie's List, but I do not think it is justified based on my experience with them. I will not use them again.

The job was done efficiently. However I don’t agree with company policy that the couldn’t fix the problem they had to put all new insides of the toilet when all I needed was a flapper. I thought the charge was also a bit high

Emergency services listed on their website, but the guy I spoke with didn't want to come out at night. Said he would see what he could do about getting someone here in the morning.

Plumber was here within the hour. He needed to order parts, shut off the water to my sink, returned with parts, fixed faucet. I am very pleased. He was very pleasant. I love Angies List. Have been a member for years.

Never contacted by YHM to discuss the problem or make an appointment.

They showed up when I expected and called 15 minutes before. Cleaned filters and did the job well.

The receptionist Caledonia me back and said it would cost me $500 to come to my location and give me an estimate and they would have to pass on coming out.

Great! Darren was prompt, efficient and professional. He had the drain connected and fixed in a short time and I'm very happy. I had depended on YMC before for plumbing and was pleased with the work they did. I feel I got responsive, courteous service and plan to use them in the future. Their quotes are honest and fair. I will heartily recommend to friends and neighbors.

Darren was very good at his job. I let me know what needed to be repaired and kept me apprised of the cost through the duration of the project.

We are very happy with his work replacing the old water heater with a new more energy efficient one. However, the next day our tenant reported the problem was not fixed, and they still have the same problem that shower does not always get hot water. So we later found out the problem was the shower hot water mixer.

I was fine until I got a second opinion to find out the pump was fine.

We had a crack at the base of our toilet. We purchased one from them and they installed it. We were very happy with the service.

They were very professional. Bob came out and spent time explaining cost and possible issues that could possible raise the price. In the end the price was 200.00 less than estimate. Everything is working great and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Wow! It was a big job and he got it all done and cleaned up in one day. He took the kitchen cabinet apart, cut into the wall, replace the pipe in the wall and about another 10 feet of pipe in the crawl space, and then he put it all back together again. I was expecting it to take a couple of days at least, but he was done by 3 pm.

I received a call from AJ at YMC about the A/C failure. It was 99 degrees that day. He told me weekend service would cost extra and there would be a service call charge to diagnose and fix the A/C. The first thing he asked me was what had happened. He asked me since I was able to install a new thermostat, was I willing to answer a few questions? Basically, he had me access the equipment behind the "not customer serviceable" panel. All that was wrong was the $0.50 blade 30 amp fuse was burned out. He told me how to replace it and then confirmed what wires should be hooked up on the new thermostat. EVERYTHING WORKED IN MINUTES! AJ was great and it only took 5 minutes on the telephone to fix a simple problem. He saved me hundreds of dollars worth of repair and a service call. I truly wish YMC had more techs like AJ, who are willing to help a customer save time and money when it was a simple fix. Many other companies would send a tech out at $250 to fix a $0.50 fuse.

They were unwilling to give a free estimate. I do not know this company or the area, so I want to get several estimates to get the best service and price possible. I do not have the extra funds to spend on estimates I may not use. I cancelled my appointment for Monday, 7/11/16, since they want me to pay for coming to look at my house. Where I come from in California, companies give FREE estimates since there is a large pool of contractors to choose from.

He called before he came over and showed up on time. He went under the house and took measurements of what was needed. He told me what the cost would be and I gave him the go-ahead to do the job. He left to get the parts needed and was back in no time to start the job. It took him about three hours to get the parts and complete the job. He carried away all the old flex piping and cleaned up the area. Brian was very professional and courteous in his time spent with me. I would most certainly tell others about my experience and tell them to use YMC. In the end the cost was under what was quoted to me.

It's been over a week & still no one has gotten back to me. I am very disappointed as YMC has provided good service for me before on 2 occasions. Have no idea why they dropped the ball this time.

They have done different projects for me. They have done excellent work for me.

The technician was on time and the removal and installation went smoothly. There was a missing non-essential part, but YMC made sure that it was ordered and installed ASAP. Overall, we were very happy with the price and the service.

It couldn't have gone more smoothly. They did a great job and the tech showed me all of the upgraded features and operating information.
