YMC contacted me shortly after I made the request. They were able to do the service the same day. Bob was very responsive & professional. He did an excellent job. The faucet works great. Just not sure how the $180 (discounted for signing up for their annual service program) cost compares to others for the same job. I tried to do the job myself & could have if I hadn't stripped the threads of one of the handles & wasn't able to remove it. I also signed up for their $100 service program to come back later to do a full plumbing inspection of the house & drain the hot water heater.

The plumber came when he said he would, did the work cleanly and quickly after he had the parts, everything worked fine when he was done, and I was very pleased. I would use them again.

YMC worked with me to set up a scheduled date and time. I received a confirmation call the day before our agreed upon appointment. The technician called about an hour before his arrival. Good customer service. The technician arrived on time and was dressed in company clothing. He was polite and friendly and obviously knew his trade. We discussed the nature of our problem (leaking shower heads due to well water mineral build up) and possible causes and repairs. We determined it was likely the valves so he would attempt to replace them first. The second possibility would have involved drywall removal and extensive work. Replacing the valves solved the problem. Overall I am very happy with the results especially since the second possibility would have cost several times what we paid for the valve replacement. I would use YMC again.

Everyone at YMC was wonderful from beginning to end of job. They were prompt and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Charlie made sure that the units installed would be more then adequate for home size. The unit that came with the home was too small. Ryan installed the unit and was quick and efficient. Zachary came back out and made some adjustments and even volunteered to remove a wasp hive. He was brave. Thank you to everyone that made this experience so positive.

I called YMC Inc. again because they had done an excellent job when they worked at my home, previously. All went very well on this job too. They installed a toilet in the guest bathroom and installed a kitchen faucet. I'm pleased with both items. Both work well. Darrin was on-time, professional, and answered my questions patiently. He took the old items with him for disposal and left the work areas tidy. I will recommend YMC Inc. to my friends and will be using this company again myself.

Cory is the repair man that came out and he was wonderful and very friendly. I wish everyone was like him. I feel bad that he had to pull all the gunk from all of shower:( How embarrassing. He was very patient in showing me how to work the fireplace. He was very professional.

Darrin Cash, employed by YMC, contacted me to let me know when he would arrive. Installed the toilet with no issues. Darrin was pleasant & patient when he answered my questions. Took my old toilet & boxes from new toilet with him. NO mess left behind! Toilet works well. A+ job was done. I will use YMC again. Thank you YMC Inc.

Very well, they were very good, they went on and came out and he didn't have the part that he needed on the truck and he said I'll contact you tomorrow and set up the time and the next day, the gentleman came out and did it.

It was great. He fixed it and he did exactly what needed to be done. I didn't take any parts and he was done really quickly so I was happy. He definitely knew what the problem was and he fixed it. I never had any problem since then so I'm thankful for that.

They were very friendly, courteous and professional, but the quote was sky high compared to 2 others for the exact same project. We ended up having it done for $350 and YMC quoted almost $2000!!!!

Inspected how water heater, verified operation and connections, removed rust spot on top of unit near vent. Arrived promptly, explained everything.

He talked to me on the phone and talked me through the process on what I needed to do to fix the problem myself. It took multiple phone calls and the guy was totally cooperative. He did not charge me for anything. He just gave me all this advice for free and talked me through it. I called him up, tell him my problem and he said he can come out but suggested that I can try this and that. It took a couple of calls after that before I really sorted out exactly what I needed to do but he was right there waiting and I think he even called me back to make sure I was doing OK. He is totally supportive. It’s free advice. He’s a total plumber.

My parents laundry room sprung a leak in the wall and we found it around 4 pm on a Friday. I looked up plumbing services on angie's list, called YMC and they were there within 35 mins. They were totally prompt, professional and fair. They removed some of the sheet rock, found the leak and stopped it.They could have charged an afterhours charge because their work day went past 5pm but they did not. Super friendly operator, great service, would totally use again.

It went well. They brought it up to the safety standard. They told me the price and it was done with that price. They looked at it and told me the new safety standards required by the city and we did it. It's working fine, there are no problems, and they cleaned up after themselves. They came promptly and on time. They were excellent! Their price was a little high. It has been many years since I replaced the water heater and I know things have changed. That happens to old people. You get caught up in the idea the last time it cost $300 and it's $800 this time, but it was a little bigger water heater than the last time. I did believe him when he said the safety standards. The old one didn't have a pan like they are required now to have which is a great idea where if the water breaks, the water collects in a pan and goes into the crawlspace instead of into your house. There were a lot of things that should have been improved which they did. I thought that the quality was good. It was name brand products that they use. I thought he was professional and he knew what he was doing, and did it in the least amount of time which was to his advantage, but he did it right.

The last time I used them was a year ago like almost exactly a year ago now. I feel like he is honest. I feel like his prices are fair. It always seems expensive but he can tell you why your paying what your are paying. I like the way they conduct themselves.

They were very good and there were some thing that weren't listed on AL like we had to pay for a permit. They were really good to work with and didn't give us any problems even thought there were some things that weren't listed to be covered by the deal.

I phoned YMC to fix a toilet that was refilling itself countless times each day. Their service was prompt, but two months later the toilet was doing the same thing, only more frequently. I phoned again and it was repaired a second time under warranty ? no charge. Like another reviewer here, I was not impressed by the ?Residential Plumbing Service Agreement? that was surreptitiously added to the first repair bill without even asking me if I wanted one. When that first service was finished, the technician presented me with the service invoice that already included an extra $20 down payment on a service agreement. Already filled out, the agreement was nonchalantly presented with the bill as though it was part of it. The words ?choice? or ?option? were never mentioned as he shuffled the service agreement and the bill around while rattling off all the services that came with the agreement. This little ploy is called the ?assumptive close,? and I fell for it. It took me a couple days to realize what I?d been suckered into, and I was angry and embarrassed at myself for allowing an additional $20 to be added my repair bill as a down payment for something I never asked for or wanted. Additionally the service agreement document itself is deceptive, because it doesn't show the total cost of the service agreement - nowhere. It shows a payment amount due of $64.20 "at inspection" and $20 "amount down," but NOWHERE does it state that the total cost of the service agreement is $84.20 - nowhere. It?s a little disconcerting to wonder how many others ? especially senior citizens and other vulnerable folk - will fall victim to this despicable tactic and be tricked into buying something they never asked for or wanted in the first place.

Their service is good and the price is reasonable.

We had no idea how to go from here so called him back & he again said we needed to find the leak. Later we got another bill from him for $60.00 for coming back. Our bills by now were nearly $5000.00 and it still didn't work. A few weeks later we got a notice from him that he had put a lien on our house for the $60.00. A couple of weeks later he billed us for the $60.00 plus another $100.00 to remove the lien. We paid it. Many times in order to flush the toilet we have to go outside and turn off the sprinklers but that isn't helping much. Now the outside pipes are blown out for the winter but it still isn't really fixed. I try not to think about it much for now. Right now the biggest problem is trying to get enough water to take a shower...hot or cold. I can't say YMC was to blame for any of this but like the others they didn't stop the problem. UPDATE After reading my previous review about my water problems I felt it didn't represent YMC correctly. I wanted to rewrite this more pointedly to YMC only. YMC came out and fixed the shower initially but a week or so later the kitchen water quit working. No hot water and very little pressure. It was decided to replace the hot water tank. After a new tank was installed along with more checking and evaluating we thought the problem was fixed. The plumber felt if we had more problems it might entail the services of a deep well man . To this point in our problems the work done was A+. YMC was professional, prompt. courteous and efficient. We are happy with all aspects of their services.

Darren was very responsive with my unplanned emergency. He was on site in the afternoon, sawed into the wall, located the problem, capped it off and returned water to the house for the evening. The next morning he returned with parts and recovery options. I chose to upgrade the fittings and do some preventative plumbing rework. Darren completed the project, explained the charges, completed the billing and was done within a couple hours. I'm now a YMC preferred customer and they are my plumbing company.

Marty came to my home about 30 min. after my call in for help. Took a look at my water heater, answered my questions and helped me to drain my water heater and restart. Will definitely call YMC again.

The "I'll be there in 30 minutes" call was great and the technician was on time. The company performed routine maintenance on my furnace and found the same two things that needed corrected that my neighbor had with her unit that was inspected by another company. Very satisfied with the service.

The entire job took less than 4 hours and I'm happy with the service and also purchased A/C and heat service agreement for one year @ 179.50
