Description of Work: I have 3 Rheem gas water heaters and 1 had not been working. I had tried to get the pilot lit myself but could not. The gentleman arrived and went right to work and determined that the valve had to be replaced and that would be covered under warranty. They were not the company that handled Rheem warranty work so he would find out who it was and call me. He didn't charge me for the service call since he could fix the problem. He called later with the number of the warranty provider and all the information I needed to give them. I would definitely call Big Dog Plumbing if I had any problems in the future. Excellent customer service.
