Overall pretty good. The managers have been good to deal with. We have had a fascia install issue and a rain gutter supply issue that caused delays. They communicated and worked to solve the items that came up. The supply issue is ongoing. A section of fascia was installed poorly, I ended up solving it.

They were very good about answering my questions and not rushing me trying to finish the sale

We have absolutely loved working with this company so far. While we can't speak to the quality of physical work thus far, as the project starts 11/2, we can speak on customer service. Every interaction has been super professional and informative while still laid back and friendly. This goes for everyone we've encountered to this point, from Michael H. that originally knocked on our door to our two project managers Donald D. and Troy S. We are having a new 50 year roof and solar panels installed and can't wait to see the finished product!!

Devon is very professional, and highly skilled. The company is overall better than their competitors. Will stay a customer for other projects as well

Yeah... These are the guys to pick. Dont bother looking elsewhere! I got awesome service and it was done in a week. I work at home and they were really pleasant to be around. I think it was less than 15k after everything. I didnt realise i could admire my roof until now.

We were beyond impressed at the hard work and the timeliness that this company showed. It cost us $45,500 and it took three weeks from start to finish. We were able to redo our entire kitchen and make it exactly how we want. They walked us through the whole process and made it extremely easy! Three Brothers is the company to choose for your roofing needs. Their rep in Hailey Justin was amazing. We had left town while they were doing the work and he came by to check on the work and make sure we were getting what we wanted. They did the whole roof in less then two days and wow does it look so much better. They also had a better price then other companies in the area. He even helped me work with my insurance company, as there was weather damage. I highly recommend Geoff and the team at TBR. showed up on time and got to work right away...completed the job and sooner than expected which was great and then cleaned up around the house...couldn't tell anyone had replaced an old roof when they were done cleaning up except for the brand new roof...very professional crew and impressed with their speed and efficiency in completing the project for the amount of money we had agreed upon...would hire them again if we had another roof to do

Have been talking with Mike W over the past few weeks about a roofing and siding replacement job for my home. He has been excellent in explaining the products to us, showing areas of concern and providing pleasant service. I had a second quote from another company and they did not go as far as mike went to make sure we knew exactly what we were talking about. He even made a trip out after I got the second quote to explain the differences in their products so I could make an informed decision. I am looking forward to the completion of these two jobs, they are wasting no time getting started.
