Itâ  s been 7 months since start and still no bathroom. I get tons of excuses for delay. You will have to micromanage they do keep you updated or answer questions and concerns you will have to call them for answer. Awful and I donâ  t even have a bathroom done yet. Quick to take you money though

The customer service is really bad. So far my wife has called numerous times to get someone out to fix the siding that is falling off. She just leaves voicemail after voicemail with no return calls. This will be the second time within a year that the work they did needs repaired. If you like getting screwed without getting kissed first, then this is the company for you. If they just honored their warranty.........

My husbands parents (parents in law) had a roof done by three brothers. They requested that we were present considering my parents are almost 90, which I was presently surprised. Lucas Hayton listend to what we wanted more than the other two companies that seemed to just want to sell my parents a 50 year roof that they really didn’t need. Even know they have that option he gave us another option that worked better FOR US’ because of this he will be doing our family’s roof as well.

Lucas h gave us an estimate to paint our house. The work looked great and he was very helpful. They are a little more then we were budgeted for and hope to use them soon

The sales representative that came to my home, Todd Allvord was very informative. He was able to address all of our questions to our satisfaction. We enjoyed having him in our home.

We worked with Dan Sheehan and he was excellent. We wanted to remodel our pantry and refinish a large solid wood door that is an entry point, as well as an aesthetic point in the front of our home. Dan took the time to bring out the project manager, provide options, and escorted us through the whole process. He was very effective, and their process is amazing.
