Still waiting for the project to get started but from others reviews and pictures of the work ThreeBrothers have done we are very excited to see the new roof over our porch!

I had the pleasure to meet and work with Dan Sheehan at Three Brothers. So far the experience has been great. We are in the process of getting a lot of exterior work done to the house, and I can not wait to see how well its going to look when its all done!

Dan Sheehan was our general contractor and has been great to work with, answering all our questions and spending extra time to find the appropriate materials and fixtures.

Extremely disappointed with Three Brothers. Signed a $50,000 contract for a full siding replacement with painting and new gutters, in July. It is now mid Oct and the siding project has not even started. They failed to order all the siding, tried to stall on their explanation, do not respond to anything in a timely manner and didn't even seem to know what was in the contract I signed in the first place. They are the worst contractor I have ever worked with in regards to communication, project management, and attention to detail. I have been constantly following up to try to keep the project on track as winter approaches. We contracted with them in July so we would have ample time to deal with any possible contingencies before winter as our existing siding is completely shot. We turned down several other bids from companies that I knew of better due to budget constraints and wow I am regretting that decision with every fiber of my being. I would be in a better position doing NOTHING and waiting to save up more money next year to get a contractor that actually knew what they were doing. The only positives so far were the initial sales process (Toby was great, though a little spacey at times), and the little communication I've had with their installer. FYI, they do *NOT* install everything themselves as they claim. At least for siding, they use a third party. The siding installer started on the paint job, which really is only the fascia, garage doors, and some columns in the front yard. I was surprised that the siding installer was also the painter and to be honest, it feels like they just threw it on him to try to appease me as the crew he used didn't seem like they really knew what they were doing. They were very friendly and did a pretty good job but did zero prep of any of the surfaces, other than taking down my gutters. I'm now waiting 3+ weeks since the initial delivery of materials, which is just sitting on my driveway as a giant eyesore to the neighborhood, to hear of when the remaining components they forgot to order arrives. I'm not at all hopeful this project finishes this year which means I will go through the winter with a home with no gutters, areas half painted, and siding peeling away. The whole time I'll be paying on my home equity loan we took out so we could afford this. Its abundantly clear that siding is NOT this company's forte and they seem ridiculously overwhelmed trying to accomplish it. Save yourself the frustration and choose the more reputable partner, even if that partner is more expensive. The old adage, "You Get What You Pay For," is very, VERY true.

Toby Tibbits was great. He explained all the details and was helpful with suggestions to keep water drainage off the new windows.

Nick was fantastic to work with. We are looking forward to getting our windows installed. Lifetime warranty!!!

Dan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as we worked through the process to get my new roof chosen and installed. From explaining the roofing system and process to checking in, heâ s continued to be helpful.

3 Brothers put together a deal to replace my roof. Frank J. was my sales rep, he arranged financing, explained the product, the services and what to expect. Gave me a good price on my roof replacement, and included a few other minor related repairs(facia) at a great price.

They are Very knowledgeable, honest, and dependable. Great work! Iâ ll use them again in the future.
