Description of Work: We had our very large asphalt drive (approximately 8000sf) redone by using a combination chip-seal (6000sf) and paving. Larry only did the chip-seal portion, another firm did the paving after he was done. Larry was on time, fast working (less than 1 day), neat and his price was excellent. Chip-seal is actually a gravel driveway that is laid on top of the old asphalt and combined with some sort of oil to hold it is place. I understand it is probably not good where you have snow but we live in Tucson, AZ - not much concern about snow.

I went out and gave them some water and pop and asked them if they could put in a path for me in front of our trailer to our door. They came over after finishing the road and chip sealed my path and didn't even charge me. It helped us so much keeping the dust and dirt out of our trailer. The owner Leonard Slender was very friendly and helpful. The work was done professionally. The path looks awesome. The road in front of our trailer that they where working on looked wonderful too. It was smooth and got rid of the potholes we kept hitting. I would have them come back and do work again for me. I may have a small driveway put in this spring. I tipped them $300.00
