Found out the company changed their name to Polar Heading and Air to differentiate themselves from a company in Caldwell with the same name. Same owners and staff as were previously under Arctic. Home warranty company suggested them for annual inspection. They called within 10 minutes to schedule appointment. Would have come the next day, but I scheduled a week out. Staff seemed very knowledgeable. Even checked furnace filter.

I found out the upstairs AC not running again in Sunday afternoon and called them. I got their response within five minutes and schedule the very early next morning service. Dan showed up on time and fixed the AC by changing the fuse for us. Since we joined in the membership last time( which already saved me a lot last time) and this time it costed me zero! Couldn't be happier with the swift response speed and excellent service!

I got my upstairs AC not working and it was so hot (102F) last night. Today I firstly chose the top 2 AC companies on angie's list and the earliest time frames for them are Thursday and Friday (Today is Monday). I had to give them up and tried another one. I just suddenly remembered that I had a flyer in my mail yesterday and I pulled their name out to have a try. They responded me very quickly and they were able to coordinate it happen TODAY! Dan punctually showed up and gave a quick diagnosis on my AC system. He fixed the leakage very quickly and got the unit running again in forty minutes! He also introduced me their annual membership which includes free service calls, two free tune-up's and club price (20% off ) every time which saves me a lot! I really appreciate Dan's professional work done to my AC unit! I will definitely use them in the future!
