Estimator was friendly and professional. Installer was prompt and friendly, however he did not have all the proper tools to do the job (could I borrow a pencil to mark this, I forgot mine. Do you by any chance have a chisel?...etc). I found it amusing, but had he not been such a nice guy I don't think I would have been smiling. Although the estimator told us that a hole would need to be cut into the drywall and that a plastic cover would be provided to cover the hole, it turned out that the positioning of the hole was such that the plumber had to remove part of our tiling. The plastic cover was beyond hideous and wouldn't stay on so we wound up re-tiling the whole thing. He cleaned up his work area sufficiently. I found the putty job on new drain trim very sloppy. I'm picky about that kind of thing; perhaps others wouldn't mind the esthetics of extra putty oozing out/not wiped off. He had a difficult time getting the overfill cover to go on/stay on; It fell off right after he left. One of the prongs was broken off (defective trim piece). When I called the office regarding the trim piece being defective/falling off they told me they would order a new one ASAP and have the installer come fix the problem as soon as it arrived. I found the wait time on the replacement part reasonable. The original installer was not the one that showed up to fix the piece that fell off. The new guy immediately saw that not only was a new trim piece required but that he needed to cut down the piece it attaches to. He was quick, knowledgeable and professional. No problems after that quick fix. Everything working great. All employees we deal with were friendly and professional. I believe the first plumber was just having a little bit of an off day; happens to everyone. I would use this company again.

Bought a house over the summer and it still had the original water heater (17 years old). I received a quote from Meridian Plumbing and called a few other places and their quote was less for the same water heater. They were super busy with frozen pipes all over the place but I wasn't in a hurry. The person that came out was polite and replaced the water heater within an hour. Would highly recommend.

Bob did a great job. I have also used Meridian Plumbing in the past with great success. I feel this company is very honest and I recommend them to others.

As part of a complete bathroom remodeler, Meridian Plumbing repositioned where the new toilet was to go. However, they placed the drain hole too far away from the wall so that the toilet, when seated was about 6 inches away from the back wall. This was particularly obvious because you entered the bathroom and saw the toilet from the side. Because this was a concrete basement floor and had already been redone they did not know what to do and offered no suggestions on how to correct it. I had to search on the internet and find a toilet that was adjustable and tell them about it. Although it was a more expensive toilet than the one they had charged me for, they did order it, put it in correctly and picked up the difference. They also had to return because the drain seals on the new sinks they installed leaked. Because it was part of a larger remodel project, I am unable to separate the cost I paid to Meridian Plumbing for their work.

I've used them a couple of times. I've had a good experience overall. They've been prompt, get the issue taken care of, and their price is reasonable. I would certainly use them again.

They didn't put the toilet in right. It leaked and flooded the dining room below it. The sheetrock had to be replaced. They did pay for the repairs. Manager Bill was very rude.

They were very good at communicating. I would use them again in the future. They gave me a quote and stuck to it. They did what they said they were going to do.

Overall I am happy about the service however I am very displeased with the cost. I have no problem with the costs of the initial service call of approximately 1.5 hours to identify the problem and arrange for a replacement part to be shipped to my address. I think installing the part should be a continuation of the same service call. However, I was charged for a new service call (1 hour labor or $85) for the service man spend 15 minutes or less to install the part. I would have gladly paid up to 1/3 of an hour for his time to complete the original sevice call but I think an hour is a ripoff. I questioned the service man but he was not willing to make any exception. I think will use someone else in the future for my house as well as my rentals unless it is again warranty work in which case I do not have a choice. I will look into what choice I really do have.

I spent roughly $200 on that service. They are a local company and the people there are very professional. They came to my house, did the job and the prices were reasonable.

Water heater wasn't working. Called Meridian Plumbing and had a plumber within 2 hours. He worked on the unit and gave an estimate for the repair. As the WH was getting old, I decided to have it replaced. He installed a new WH in about 2 hrs and we had hot water again. He was very professional and did excellent work. This is not the first time we had used Meridian Plumbing and have been most satisfied every time.

Joe arrived at the appointed time and did a nice clean, neat install.

We have been traveling a lot and when we came home, our garbage disposal was leaking. We had to leave again in a week. We called a plumber and he said he could come out. He then called back stating his back was hurting and he suggested we contacted Meridian. I called them and they said they had a disposal on the truck and would be able to fix it right away. When they came out, I had gathered the paperwork on the original disposal and discovered they installed it two years ago. I asked them if the disposal they had on the truck was the same model and they said it was. I advised that I didn't want the same model due to the one I have already leaking. They understood and decided not to charge any sort of service fee for the visit.

They were very punctual and efficient. The final work cost did not exceed the bid price. I had a few problems with a faucet install and they promptly fixed it at no charge. They came back months later after the work had been completed and fixed a freeing hose bib at no charge. They were easy to work with and I felt they were very honest.

Meridian Plumbing was very responsive to my original call. Bill suggested several alternative solutions. He provided bids for my two choices. After I selected a water heater, Meridian Plumbing installed it within two days. They worked around our schedule without interrupting our family life. The need for a new exhaust (chimney) from the basement through both floors of our home made it more complicated than a simple change of water heaters. Everything was done on time, including clean up. After six weeks of use, we are very happy with the water heater, especially the reduced natural gas consumption.

Very well. Called them, due to report in Angie's list. They came when they said they would, service tech (Brian) was very professional and we went through the various options. Having decided on a replacement heater, he installed it straight away without any issues. Also conducted a survey of the rest of the house from a plumbing perspective, for no charge. Heater has worked well since. Would definitely recommend them to others.

These were done on several different occasions. I NOW ALWAYS REQUEST VAUGHN BECAUSE HE IS JUST GREAT! I have already scheduled another appointment for another job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of plumbing work.
