Description of Work: Had to have them come back on a leak; I had to point out the drainage problem that lead to the leak. Also, they lead me to believe my roof was at the end of it's service life, but another Angies List roofer said "call me in 2 years and we'll look at it again", which made sense to me based on the appearance of the roof. Not certain about the exact date of service.

Description of Work: Had a small piece of aluminum trim that came loose from facia. Was told that minimum charge to work on it would be approximately $300. I have a very hard time understanding how service providers charge these astronomical rates. Ended up fixing it myself with a couple tek screws and 10 minutes of my time. Maybe not as slick as the pros, but it looks fine and the house won't fall down because of it.

Arrived when they said they would (both for estimate and work). |The work was immaculate. No nails, garbage or any debris remained. They were careful of yard. Roof looks great and blends very well with existing roof.

Description of Work: LaFever replaced our roof and completed the job in two days. They were efficient, very tidy, provided great service and follow-up for a very reasonable price. Their bid was at almost half of the other bids we received. We were very pleased and would recommend them to everyone.

I would recommend them heartily. Also, their price was very fair and they followed up afterward when a raingutter was dented and a picture fell off the wall and broke when the roofinf material was delivered. They made sure everything was restored! A+

Description of Work: Wow, talk about impressed! We live in a remote area and have the hardest time getting any business from Boise to even think about driving over an hour to do work and get paid. I was at the end of my rope and decided I had nothing to lose so tried Angie's List and after reading the reviews for Lafever Roofing decided I would send an email. Much to my very great surprise we were able to make arrangements to have them come down and provide and estimate and actually repair the roof! Chad was thoughtful about the repair and did an excellent job. He even commented that some of the roofing shingles in one area were loosing their grit and if they were certainteed brand that they may be under warranty. So we are going to explore that. Again, all around impressive. This is truly a company run by and employs people who care. Thank you all so much! I will recommend Lafever any day!

Description of Work: They checked a leak in my garage. The roof vents were cracked. I had plastic roof vents and they told me that a lot of times they last eight to twelve years. My house is eleven years old. They recommended replacing those with metal ones which they did. They said they should last for years. I did check on Angie s List and that is where I got them.
