The project went well, they were here when they said they would be they cleaned up after themselves. Except for one small item, they left nails on top of our motor home roof this is not the reason for the c rating. The reason I give them a fair rating is due to the service after the installation. A year or so after the work was done we realized they left gaps in the roof line. Due to these gaps squirrels made a home in our attic. When I realized, I called an squirrel relocation company to come out and get rid of the squirrels as they can cause significant damage. I called LaFever and asked them to come out assuming this was an oversight. They informed me this was standard procedure, they leave these gaps all the the time and that is would be an additional charge of $500 do fix this. Terry was not interested in helping with this and almost condescending in his tone, "We have been doing this for over 20 years and have always done this". I would recommend to anyone if you decide to use this company that you verify there are no gaps prior to them leaving your property.

They came and looked at it same day, gave me a free estimate, promised a return date, were punctual on the second visit, not only did they replace my shingle but also re-sealed/nailed a set of shingles next to the wall where the problem occurred. Good sevice, thourough. Pricey but you get what you pay for. I would call them again, no question.

All the people I dealt with at LaFever were fantastic from the owner and office staff to the crew that worked on the project. They went above and beyond in assisting me with a warranty claim and accommodating my tight time schedule due to my house being under contract to sell. I decided to go with LaFever over another roofing company which was slightly less expensive based on their stellar reputation and they lived up to my expectations. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and quality workmanship and highly recommend them.

I received a bid for Lafever in 2015. Terry Hagen provided me with a big with no pressure and actually gave me a repair quote for a few missing roofing tabs and said that he could check back each year to see when I really needed to replace. No pressure didn't try to say my roof was probably leaking and I needed to do it right away as others have. This was in July 2015 I believe, I thought about going ahead with the roof in late in the year and then decided to wait until spring. February rolled around and I received an email with an offer of 5% off any previously bid projects bid in 2015 and I signed up. Lafever worked with me on the schedule and had it done when it was right for me. Roofers showed up on time and very courteous. We are very happy and our house with the new color roof looks even better. Time will tell about the product used but so far very happy with everything

Excellent company! After initial contact with the office personnel (who were just wonderful and always, always took the time to answer our questions or put us in contact with the general manager, and he, without fail, returned our calls) we signed the contract and set a date (had to reschedule once due to rain). The tear off crew arrived in the morning. The foreman introduced himself and explained what they were doing. They put down tarps to protect landscaping, got on the roof, roped up, and finished the same day with the tear off and "dried" it in (in case it rained overnight, nothing would get wet). And they cleaned up. After they finished, and on the same day, the shingles were delivered to the roof top by another crew. Next day, the shingle/roofing crew arrived, the foreman checked in, everyone roped up, and worked until they finished with the roofing and cleanup. Wow! The next day, the roof was inspected by the manager who also checked in with us to make sure we were happy with how things had gone. What a super group of people! And run like a well oiled machine.......we know we have a roof that will last!

Out of 3 bids they were the most reasonable. They were very prompt and finished the work on time to our satisfaction.

They came and repaired the leak but not completely. The second time they seemed to have found and repaired the leak as we have had no further incidents. In all fairness this was a very small leak and the water flowed over a large distance so finding it was most difficult. Credit to them for identifying and repairing the matter.

The best professional response from the initial call, to the bid, to the actual installation of the roof. There was also an inspection after the job was complete to confirm all was done to specs and that I was satisfied. I've given their name to several friends and neighbors, as I was so impressed by the qualify of work.

Received a reasonable bid to re-roof my home. The roofers were friendly and seemed to do a good job. The roofers even worked in 107 degree weather and had a good attitude about it.

Everything went very well. They came when they said they were going to come. The stuck to the timeline they gave me. The clean up was excellent. Overall very positive experience.

LaFever is amazing! We needed our entire roof replaced. Terry gave us an extremely reasonable quote and was thorough in showing us pictures of what areas needed to be fixed (like flashing and vents). They were able to start work immediately. We were incredible impressed with how fast they were. One day for tear off and one day for installation. They even worked after dark to make sure it was done! They made sure to clean up after both days leaving our deck and patio cleaner than it was when they started. The work crew was friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend or even hire them again!

it took them slightly over a day to complete the work. More damage than had been expected was found and that was completely repaired. They did a very professional job and were very quick and all materials were removed.

It was a seamless experience with minimal disruption. The crews - both tear off and shingle - were exceptionally professional and courteous. They took great care in protecting the plants around the house and grounds, and were meticulous in their clean up. The entire project was completed in two days. The supervisor checked in by phone during the project and did a final walk around and walk over after all was done. Great company to work with. Very responsive to questions and reasonably priced. Note - full roof jobs are never inexpensive. We got bids from another and they were both very close.

Started according to timeline commitment. Roofers ran a clean site during tear off and installation of new roof. No delays-installation looked good. After installation loud noises were observed from inside the house.Popping noises, When inspected issues were noted inside the house with sheetrock hardware backing out of the walls in eight locations. Two small cracks developed in the sheetrock.along interior ridge line where the house meets the garage . LaFever was notified. A representative came out took a look. Walked the roof. Looked at some of the sheetrock issues. All were repaired by the homeowner. The noises diminished once new sheetrock hardware was installed. The roofing installation process played a dynamic role in precipitating the sheetrock issue. Otherwise the rating would Good to Excellent.

Was pleased with both the responsiveness to my initial call and the completed work. Chad was able to have the work done a little sooner that I expected which was appreciated as I was getting ready to go out of town. Ceasar did a great job on the repairs and replacing a skylight. Not sure how the cost compared with others as the only other company I called did not return my call. The cost seemed fair in view of the professional and friendly manner that everything was handled.

We selected LaFever to replace our roof in May 2014. They notified us in June that they would need to push it out, a couple weeks before they committed to start They made a firm commitment to replace it by September and that no one would be moved in front of us. We cancelled other bidders once Terry Hagen made a firm written commitment. On the first of September LaFever decided to put other jobs in front of us after we had released other bidders. We have worked with many contractors over the years. This is the most unprofessional behavior we have ever seen.

We didn't receive phone calls as expected to confirm appointment dates. Also, ongoing confusion about actual appointment dates. We were expecting work to be done on June 17th rather than July 17th.
