15 they bid the job three ways anew roof, a reroof, or to reroof the back half or my roof. They where excellent in every thing they did from the bid to the clean-up and final inspection.

We enjoyed a great overall experience! They performed a complete reroof, including removal of all existing shingles. Right from the time Terry showed up to give us a quote I felt very comfortable with the choice to have them do the work for us. Every line of the quote was explained well, crews were on time and pleasant and cleanup was very well done. Quality workmanship. We are very happy with the job the did and would definitely use them again in the future. I would highly recommend them!

LaFever Roofing removed and hauled off the two old layers of roofing shingles from my roof on Wednesday and installed a covering of roofing felt using a crew of 6 guys. They were quick, clean and nice to have around. Over the next 2 & 1/2 days one senior installer installed the 30 year arch. shingles and a ridge-vent on both ridges. He finished about noon on Saturday. Terry, the manager, came by on Monday for a final walk through and to inspect his guys work. I could hardly find any small pieces of old shingles in the yard, and the work was clean and well done. I am very pleased with the work done.

I called on a Thursday and Chad came out Friday. After a overall inspection of the entire roof, he gave me an honest description of my problem with the roof, recommended specific repairs, and quoted a reasonable price. The workers came out on Tuesday the following week and fixed the issue. All parties from the company were professional and I would highly recommend them for future issues.

They were very good. They were knowledgable, friendly, had a fair price, excellent quality materials, and did what they said they were going to do.

Company showed up for work early and finished in one day. Has rained and snowed since re-roofing, and patio has not leaked.

Fast, courteous service. Repairs were made within a day. Roof no longer leaks.

LaFever had told us that our shingles were no longer being manufactured and were very apologetic that the new ones would not match. However, we cannot tell a difference at all. The roof looks fantastic!! LaFever was really prompt and professional and really took the time to find all the problems and fix them. We would definitely recommend them!!

I could not believe how fast they came. Very professional They did indicate that there was a couple of cracks around some pipes and a couple of cracked vents that should be looked at but nothing that would leak now. indicated the rest of the shingles were fine. I am looking into having the vents and rings around the pipes replaced.

Overall Rating -- Superior! We received a phone call from Miles at Lafever on Friday, April 15th, stating the materials would be delivered on Monday morning, April 18th. And they did arrive early Monday morning...the delivery company was professional, no-nonsense. The materials were placed on the roof by conveyor and the deliverymen worked quickly to get them up there. It's quite a process to see! The installers showed up as the materials were being hoisted to the roof and were ready to start. Let me add, it was a chilly, rainy, morning...but this didn't stop them for a minute! The installers -- Juan and Leo -- represent LaFever well. They immediately gathered their materials, propped the ladder up and were up on the roof working before we could blink! They are hard workers, did not take breaks -- just a short lunch break, and immediately returned to work. They never asked to enter our home...even though we offered (restroom, or if they needed anything). They declined. They continued to work all day on Monday and had made quite a dent in the project. They arrived early Tuesday morning and completed the job by late afternoon -- this included our small shed too. Throughout the process, Miles stopped by to see if we had questions and to check how the work was progressing -- this was comforting, but really not needed with these guys! We would hire this company again -- without ANY hesitation! And...we will recommend them to all of our friends. All we have to say to LaFever is to keep on doing what you're doing -- you've got it right, you have staff that are competent and willing to answer questions (I bothered them a few times with my silly questions, but they didn't seem to mind, and took the time to answer them. And something else -- you have excellent customer service. THANK YOU!

They did an excellent job! If there was a higher rating than 'A', we would give that to them in all categories. Ray, who performed the repair, is a man who knows his profession! His was fast, professional in all ways, and did an excellent job! He checked the rest of the shingles and did preventative maintenance. He's a man who cares about the quality of his work. It went very well with no problems. We had the shingles but as nearly 70 years of age we didn't cotton to going up on the roof. We called the owner and he came over and gave an estimate and it was same as the bill.

The whole experience went very well.

They were willing to sign a certificate for our insurance company to inform them that the roof was in good standards. They were fast and clean,

During the last big windstorm in latter August, I had 15 - 20 shingles lifted and 3 - 4 tabs blown off. They sent a 2-man crew out on Monday morning and they applied tar to the tabs of the lifted shingles and replaced the ones with the tabs torn off. As this is the original roof (house built in 1987), I asked for an estimate on replacement. The repair crew said that they'd mention it to someone who would call and give me an estimate for a roof replacement. So far, I haven't heard a thing from them. I guess that for the work that they did on the repairs, I got a fair price. I'm rather surprised that I haven't had any follow-up with an estimate for a roof replacement. Makes me think that (either) they 'have bigger fish to fry, or their follow-up is questionable.

Oh my gosh, these guiys were in and out in two days. This was no small job either. Property was left spotless, no roof scraps or debris anywhere. In the winter (6 months after roof install) I noticed a ceiling leak they responded within an hours. Turned out to be condensation from a fireplace pipe, nothing to do with the new roof, they took the time out to explain how to address the issue even though it wasn't related to their work. Highly reccomend these guys. Would use again without hesitation.

Quick response to estimate request. Quick receipt of estimate by email. Quick scheduling of the job, and even quicker beginning of job (especially due to the rainy and undependable weather). I was amazed at how many people they had working on it to get it finished, and more amazed by how thoroughly they cleaned up. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience (unless they decided to give me my money back!).

The company gave me an estimate a day after I called and requested one. They performed the repairs soon after I approved their estimate. They gave a month on the invoice to send payment, which I appreciated since it was a high expense month and I needed a couple of paydays to pay the bill. I would definitely hire this company again.

They were recommended to us by my husband's friend who used to be in the building business. I chose them, as they were also on the BBB list. They were awesome when it came to their professionalism. They were punctual, as they were right on time. They have a really good system wherein they have somebody come out to check the project when it's done. The supervisor who came out to inspect didn't like an area where the vents were installed. So, he had them redo that himself and we never called them back. He made sure that it was perfect and they came back the next day to redo that particular area. The supervisor then came back to check to make sure that it was up to his standards. The price that we paid was fair too.

LaFever's bid was the lowest of several bids for this job. They were prompt and extremely communicative, returning calls and answering questions and offering advice. The job itself was done over a period of several days and all members of the crew were professional, polite and always pleasant. They did a great job cleaning up the debris from the old roof as well as installing the new roof. We are extremely pleased with this company and would recommend them highly.

From the beginning to the end Lafaver did a great job. They kept the work area clean the whole time and the finished product looks great.

They were very prompt, got the job done fast, in subsequent winds no shingles have blown off, the color of the new shingles matched, and the price was approximately 1/3 of what I had paid another company a couple years earlier.
