Since nothing had to be fixed, we ended up doing an AC checkup.

Very knowledgeable and courteous technician. He took the time to go set up and explain the new control and offer suggestions.

Out standing ; One younger gentleman installed the attic vents explained what and how he was going to do the work. the new water heater was also done in a very professional way The furnace start up was simple to fix and also explained what I myself could do to maintain my heater .

The new units were installed in a timely manner with no problems. Routine maintenance and cleanings are punctual and professional every year.

They even put me in an extra spigot so I could use hot water instead of draining it from the bottom at no extra charge. Plus they have a 10% military discount.

I would used them again and I have used them.

We replaced the AC maybe about 3 years ago. They came out and had a great price with my next AC, so we went with them. I want to say like 1850 but my wife thinks that it was a lot more money than that. It probably is for a ac unit but i thought it was either 1850 or 2850. I just remember we weren't replacing the furnace so they said don't put a lot of money into the AC because I am not gonna benefit too much from it. If I were replacing the furnace and the AC at the same time that would have been more money, would have gotten higher efficiency out of the unit but we didn't do that.

The installation was quick, efficient, and effective - it couldn't have gone better. And, the results were fantastic! There were many issues with our original installation and A-1 promised an approach which would address them all. I was a bit skeptical but they delivered upon every promise. Let's be honest - there are less expensive vendors. But, we're in this for the long term and a small savings won't matter when a 20+ year solution goes wrong. We strongly believe we made the right decision in going with the best provider.

Very timely and professional. It was a touch more expensive then a few of the other quotes but the professionalism, quality and the free thermostat was worth it. We also purchased our Lennox AC through Costco and received an additional discount.

It went great. They worked with us, the HOA and the insurance company for over 4 months to get it done. The actual work performed was one day and went very well. Professional team, Kelly was great. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

I was absolutely happy with the system component selection and install. The new system was fantastic, easily handling this winter's extreme cold. Our old system could not have done as well.

They were professional, they were on time, they didn't like make a giant ruckus around the place and they listened to our concerns. We have one room that is a former garage and it's kind of our rec room now. Up until this installation it had always been quite a bit colder or warmer depending on the season that the rest of the house and they installed a new out flow and and air return in that room specifically to help address that and it's made a huge difference.

They did a very good job, they put in a bunch of duct work for us as well as some other stuff for us and we even worked with them to put an enclosure around the furnace because the old furnace was in our cross base so we couldn't really hear it. The new furnace without serious modification wouldn't fit down in to the cross base so it had to be up stairs which frankly that's better cause we don't have to go down there to change filters but it was not quite, the only down side on that one was it was not as quiet as what we had expected cause it was touted as being whisper quiet and it's like okay maybe stage whisper quiet but yeah other than that we've been extremely pleased with the new furnace as well. They treated us very well. They have definitely been sensitive to any issues that we've have but usually it takes them a little bit longer to actually get us scheduled, sometimes by as much as a month. I think that's partly because they're a smaller company and they tend to be very busy because a lot of people like them so they get a lot of calls. When they come out here they're very business like. They're willing to answer all my questions and let me know what the story is and you know are as extremely honest and up front about when and whether I need service.

When they came in, he was investigating it. He brought a hose in and I was like, "Why do you have a hose?" He is like, "I've got to run some water in." It was too hot and I could hear it steam. When he was finished, he came in and said that it was cracked. I'm like, "But, it wasn't cracked. It was just, we couldn't get the pilot light to stay on." I thought that was pretty unprofessional. I was very upset about that. For the visit, because we didn't want to pay for anything else, it was $200. I don't think that we should have had to pay for it. Once I talked to the fellow and said that I thought that that was wrong and that we shouldn't have to pay for it, he got defensive and pretty much said that they weren't going to come back out or whatever, but that's fine.

Excellent. The serviceman arrived on time. He was friendly efficient and professional. He was very thorough and did not try to sell me anything. I bought a 2- year service agreement as a result of my own inquiry not because of a hard sell. Very satisfied.

Ben, the sales rep was punctual and up-front with different options. He was even answering my emails at 10 p.m! The installers were courteous, punctual, and professional. They explained everything and cleaned up when they left. One of the drain hoses going from the head unit to the outside of the house had a leak, which I discovered about a week after the install. It was probably damaged pulling the line through the aluminum soffit of the house. Ben and company came out right away, identified the problem (something the installers would not have known until the unit was used for a period of time), and scheduled a fix. They are taking care of the damp dry-wall as well. I would highly recommend A-1 to install your HVAC system, or to maintain your existing system. We pay for the twice a year maintenance and it gave us a $500 credit towards the install of the new unit.

Great service. All their service guys are very courteous, clean, extremely knowledgeable. They know their business thoroughly.

Great! Very punctual, quick work, diagnosis, bled air out of system and got pump working again! Very reasonable price for labor. And gave us a very reasonable quote for installing a new pump for when this one is no longer repairable (it is 35yrs old after all). We called several plumbers and they did not want to work on an older gas fired radiator heat system, so when these guys said they could we were quite pleased. Very impressed by their service and being willing to work on an old radiator based system.

Checked out furnace, replaced filters, and tuned up the furnace for winter. Tech tested fan controller and it was not in spec and suggested to replace it if I wanted too. The price was cheaper now than a seperate call, so he replaced the part.

A-1 Heating & Air Conditioning (Meridian) is a wonderful company to work with! I cannot speak highly enough about their service and professionalism. I initially met with Kelly Burlile (Comfort Advisor) to discuss what types of furnace and A/C units would be the best for my 1,500 square foot home. Kelly was knowledgable and thorough in his presentation, respecting my desire to keep the cost as low as possible, but understood I wanted reliable, efficient units. I felt no pressure whatsoever and Kelly answered all my questions. We scheduled a day for installation (new furnace and new A/C unit) and Kelly was there with the technicians, at the scheduled time, to ensure all went smoothly. Both units were installed in one day, and old units removed. The garage was cleaner than when the technicians arrived! I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Real professionals!
