Description of Work: A-1 serviced my heater and identified a part that needed to be replaced. They promptly scheduled my service and were punctual. The service technician was very nice and professional. They are a little more expensive than some, but are very highly rated by other members and have been around for a long time. Those qualities are worth something to me. I will be using them again.

My A/C suddenly quit working, with temps. in high '90's on the Wed. before 4th of July weekend. I called A-1 Wed. afternoon and they sent a serviceman at noon the next day. I was pleased with this speedy response, as temps were in the high '90's. Serviceman very polite, efficient, and tested everything out before he left. He took care of everything in 1/2 hour. I was very satisfied w/ the service. They have 11 technicians in the field and the serviceman said he had been with the company for many years and was very happy with his job.
Description of Work: House call to diagnose my non-working air-conditioning unit = $76.00 Replace broken capacitor = $122.00 Tested that unit was working properly before leaving.

We called them and said our AC wasn't working, it was the hottest part of summer. They replaced it and it has been working great. The only thing they had to come back to do is adjust the condenser line that was leaking. I thought the company was very professional and knowledgeable about their business.
