+ -1 moresame as above. Talked to a lot of other companies and they all agree when you screw up on a bid you eat the loss, but even at that I offered $225.00 more.
Description of Work: They gave me an estimate to clean entire house top to bottom. A very deep cleaning, base boards, light fixtures, door jams, everything but the windows for $125.00 the first deep clean then $80.00 a month. No-one has lived there in 6 months so I wanted it cleaned to sell and that was what the lady promised me she could do for $125.00.They then called me the day it should have been done and wanted $750.00 because they felt they under bid it. They also bid my other house almost 3000 sq feet smaller for $75.00 a week. $5.00 less than the larger home. Does this make any since to anyone? They were extremely rude and refused to negotiate to $350.00. The owner said she messed up the bid because it was 6:00 pm and she couldn’t see it was so dark. Gets dark at 8:00 here and the house is all windows. Very unprofessional, and would never deal with them again! Also breached a verbal recorded contract.
