Well they are very good at what they do.

I woke up in the middle of winter to no water on a weekend. Our pipes weren't frozen but our pressure tank was not working. We didn't want to pay for emergency services so waited until Monday, Jewel promptly showed up (plumber) Monday morning and after checking things out agreed it was the pressure tank and needed to send the electrical guy out. They took care of the problem and didn't charge us extra for two trips/service guys. Like I said it was winter and both technicians climbed under my house in the snow and cold to get my water back on. Would recommend them and will definitely use them again!!

They sent a guy out and he said it would be no problem, and that he would have me a quote in a few days. No call back. I called him directly and he said he'd have it the next day. Nothing. I waited a week and called the central office, who said that they don't install dishwashers. I told her it was just the circuit and plumbing, and that I'm sure they did that. She told me they did not. At that point I could tell they just didn't want my business, so I went with a separate electrician and plumber. I think these guys are just too big for their britches and have gotten lazy. Go with the smaller operations around town.

They were too high...I made up my mind that I wouldn't use them again.

They were professional and did the job much cheaper than I thought it would be. Everything is still working. I used them for a heating job in the past. They know what they are doing and give the price up front. They have the parts on stock. There is no hassle. They are a good service.

My dryer works much better now. It was taking my towels two rounds to dry in the dryer, but after they fixed it, my towels are dry in just one round. I liked their services very much. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. They also have special offers as well. I used a special offer of theirs. The quality of their work is excellent. They were very professional. They are very good in explaining everything to you before they actually start doing it. They also installed my air conditioning system and they came out after every once in a month to check on the system. They also replaced a couple of parts of the air conditioning system and replaced the coolant as well. I would use their services in the future also.

It was a very cold week and I noticed that my house wasnt very warm, upon looking at the thermostat it read 63*. I called everywhere checking out prices. Jewel had a $49 special going, the only problem was that they werent sure if they could squeeze me in that day. Thank heavens they did and that I just had a dirty sensor. They were wonderful. I wont call anyone else, Jewel will do all of my furnace work from now on...The guy cleaned my sensor and told me that I will be on their mailing list so that next year I will remember to have my furnace serviced, and also told me of some promotions. He was very thorough. He made a uncomfortable situation tolerable. I cant thank them enough.

It went well, I would have prefered less visits but that was unavoidable.

This company did much better in this duct cleaning category than in the plumbing category. They were very clean and thorough. Cleaned everything from top to bottom and didn't leave any dust or mess.
