"Well, the "outside" of my oven and shower were cleaned. I talked to a gentlemen on the phone who was very nice and accommodating as I was in a bind. I needed my house cleaned for a move out. He said they could do it and I was grateful. Fast forward to after the cleaning, I come home (my ex was at the house but working outside) and I immediately see the windows are streaked. I figured if that was the worst of it, so be it. Nope. Not even close. Nothing was cleaned inside structures, no cabinets, frig, oven. Half the counters weren't wiped down, dust everywhere, my downstairs rug wasn't vacuumed, my office wasn't even touched, the list goes on and on. And to add injury to insult, one of my expensive perfumes is now missing."

Deep cleaning will be more expensive since it requires more time and effort to move furniture and clean hard-to-reach areas compared to a standard cleaning session.
