Sophisticated Cleaners

Well, the "outside" of my oven and shower were cleaned. I talked to a gentlemen on the phone who was very nice and accommodating as I was in a bind. I needed my house cleaned for a move out. He said they could do it and I was grateful. Fast forward to after the cleaning, I come home (my ex was at the house but working outside) and I immediately see the windows are streaked. I figured if that was the worst of it, so be it. Nope. Not even close. Nothing was cleaned inside structures, no cabinets, frig, oven. Half the counters weren't wiped down, dust everywhere, my downstairs rug wasn't vacuumed, my office wasn't even touched, the list goes on and on. And to add injury to insult, one of my expensive perfumes is now missing.

Great experience using this company for a deep clean of my home. The ladies who showed up were professional, efficient, and the company's dedication to environmentally friendly practices meant I didn't have a headache from cleaning product fumes/fragrances.

They are 3x more expensive than the competition and missed a ton of spots. Their competition cleans in half the time at half the price!! Avoid!

I'm very satisfied with their service. Prompt, through, courteous and more than willing to do extra when needed. Steam cleaning is wonderful-no allergies and safe for pets. I would recommend Sophisticated Cleaners to anyone that wants a job done right.

This the most thorough cleaning I've every had from a professional. Usually, they spray and squeegee and wipe the corners. "Sophisticated" scrubbed each pane and slat then dried each one.. The cleaner was prompt and well prepared--and she wore her mask.

Sophisticated cleaners did a great job on our home! We have a 3 bedroom with 3 kids and it's hard to get all the corners of the house clean. These guys made a huge difference and I feel so much better having people over!
