A1 Plumbing and Perfect Air provides repair, replacement and retrofit services for all your plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our technicians drive fully stocked service vans which allows them to complete repairs very quickly and in one trip 87% of the time. Our technicians also receive, on average, 74 hours of training each year. This allows our team of experienced professionals to be able to quickly diagnose and solve nearly any problem. Pricing and Fee structure: We charge a $39.00 dispatch fee for plumbing calls and a $79.00 diagnostic fee for heating and air conditioning calls. Our technicians will come to your home, evaluate the situation and provide options with upfront prices to solve the problem. We price our services by the job or task, not by the hour. The reason we price this way is because we believe our customers should know the total cost before the work begins so they can make the right decision for their situation. A total waste of money
Description of Work: I hired them to check out heating and AC units as well as plumbing - we just bought the house. Heating and AC guy was nice but spent all day working here - couldnt tell me what some of my thermostats were for - slapped their stickers all over my equipment without permission - and tried to get me to make an investment of over $7000 on things that did not need repaired. Plumbing - their plumbing tuneup consisted of a new flapper which caused my toilet to run which I had to call them back on - after two trips and being unable to repair and after about $400 I had to replace the toliet. All they were after was to have me sign up for their service plan at the tune of $700 which does not cover anything. I would not recommend or hire them again. I only wish I could get the money back I spent, as I had to hire another plumber to fix and do the things I wanted done in the first place. Nice uniforms, fancy trucks does not it.

Description of Work: Had a pinhole leak in the copper pipe - which was right at the connection of two copper pipes. Had to have new joints installed. Had to cut a hole |in the ceiling which is a separate pricing. This job is still needing to |have the drywall put back up -- which now is another person to pay for this |part. I thought the cost was a little much.
