It was excellent. They are VERY communicative and did not hesitate to rescheduled to fit my needs. The installers listened to my concerns and did the work the way I wanted it done. They were fast and knowledgable.

They gave me a ballpark estimate off of pictures, then when they got there he made it work with items off of his truck rather than have to come back. This saved me having to be home twice. passed inspection with ease. They had great communications about his arrival time.

Very professional people, both on the phone and in person. Very prompt service, I called for an estimate and Rob was here within a half hour to give a free quote. He answered all my questions and took all my concerns seriously. Excellent service. I'm changing to Diamond.

Fantastic. Everybody was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for A.C. or furnace work.

The first compressor that Diamond installed was too small. Once we pointed it out, they immediately installed a larger compressor that keeps the house cool and comfortable. Their techs were polite, clean, and professional.

Their tech arrive as scheduled and checked our duct work and cooling coils for the source of a smell we had been experiencing thinking it may have been due to dirty cooling coils. He found the coils to be quite clean and also checked the ducts. He was very responsive to all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I also signed up for their yearly heating/cooling service plan.

It was great and stress free. Al went over everything he did and provided me in detail on where I need to keep an eye on the system. He let me know his only concern was the capacitor on the AC unit was weak on the compressor side but he in no way pressured me into having it replaced. He was professional, courteous and truly had me (the customer) in mind and that was a tremendous relief. I would most definitely be using their services again and would recommend them to anyone looking for heating/cooling services.

Great! Diagnosed loose wires and a bad disconnect. Installed new disconnect and wiring quickly and for a fair price! I will hire again.

very well. the serviceman, fixed the potential problem in a matter of minutes, cleaned up after he was done, asked permission to use a hose to clean up a leak that had been caused by old unit. the serviceman was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the job he was doing. Also a plus in his favor, he didn't mind the dogs running around the house, he even made friends with them. when he was done working on the ac, he went over the invoice with us to make sure that we understood everything, put away his tools and went to his next appointment.
