Diamond Heating and Cooling (Caden) always does a thorough and accurate assessment and repair (if needed). The company offers memberships, payment plans as well as discounts. Definitely call them for your Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical services.

They said we were paid in full and then they try to charge us for the water heater if we're paid in full how are they charging us for a water heater they light and manipulated to old ladies

The morning Owen was coming out he text me a photo of him and the time he be arriving. It was awesome they came out look at the unit, told us what was wrong and how soon it would be fixed. They were on time very nice and emailed us a quote with 3hours.

Jason and Todd of Diamond Heating & Cooling revisited my home after originally providing a quote to replace my whole HVAC system. My system works fine, it's just 20+ years old. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable but more importantly, they were thorough and honest in their assessment of my system and what could be done, even though it lead to my decision to wait for now. They were by far the most thorough in evaluating my system than any of the other companies I had come out. Both they and the company valued honesty and doing things right over "getting a sale." My thanks to the Diamond's management and to Jason and Todd. I definitely recommend them and will use their services in the future.

Diamond Heating’s technician Caden responded. Such a pleasant professional. He knows his business! He had us up and running within 30 minutes even though we still needed a replacement part. He was back a few days later to replace the problem part. Even offered to take the bag of garbage out that was sitting next to the back door. TRUE PROFESSIONAL!
