Great. Apollo found some connectors that were melting because of age and replaced them. Ordered more filter for our air cleaner. He didn't come into the house because of COVID-19. That was a blessing as we have been stay at home for 3 months and don't allow strangers in. Really appreciate his professionalism, courtesy, and consideration.

I was shocked at how inexpensive replacing both my air conditioner and heater was by getting them done at the same time and also with the pay by check discount. The order cost me much less than I thought it would so I upgraded to the middle option. They offered a new water heater for less than $200 more installation included. Wow. Everyone that I dealt with (phone / quote / installers were super friendly. I was afraid to choose a company for such an expensive purchase so I went with the one with the most personal recommendations. I'm so happy that I did.

They use a different brand than what I originally wanted. Everything else was done in expert fashion. They were $1,900 less than the competition. Very happy with results.

I have had an air conditioner put in a few years ago by Diamond. They also do furnace maintenance. Had winter maintenance done and I am very pleased with the service. Will was very professional, prompt and honest. Down the road I will probably need some work done on the furnace but I never felt pressured to do something right now. The maintenance visit was only $79.00. Very reasonable.

They gave me various solutions and I ended up buying a new furnace and AC which works great and they were very professional and broke down all my options in a manner that I could understand.

Wow!!! Totally impressed with this organization!! I called just before noon, expecting to wait a few days for service, but was given an appt. for the same day between 100 and 300. Tech arrived early and was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what was going on and answered all our questions. After repairing the AC unit, we also signed up for their annual maintenance service for the furnace and AC unit. He also explained that when they do the Fall furnace checkup they can also clean our gas fireplace so it will operate more efficiently. Awesome service!!

This was a call to have the yearly maintenance on the air conditioner. Chris and Connor arrived promptly. They discovered a problem with the air conditioner which was fixed at the same time for a reasonable price. Pleasant and courteous and explained what the problem was and the cost well.
