Lennox gas heater, suspended from ceiling of my son-in-laws auto repair garage space quit working. Distance from garage floor to suspended heater is approximately 15 feet. Called Sue Ellen at Diamond and scheduled a service call, relating the issue with the location of the heater and asking that they bring a 25 to 30 ft ladder. On scheduled date, the service tech called and related an approximate time of arrival. Unfortunately, the tech could not "angle" the ladder to gain access to the suspended heater. Luckily, a neighboring business was using a sissor-lift, and was kind enough to loan it to us for the Diamond tech to use for 15 minutes. Examination revealed that the combustion draft inducer blower was binding. Tech removed the part from the heater and showed it to my son-in-law. The tech checked on the replacement part price -- very expensive. Son-in-law, a mechanic, decided he would attempt to repair with the assistance of a local electric motor repair shop. The tech, understood the expense issue for a small business, and graciously thanked us for using his company, after being paid the service call fee. Fortunately, son-in-law was able to repair the blower motor locally for about $100 and re-install it, again using a neighboring business' sissor-lift. Couple days later, Sue Ellen from Diamond called to check on the service rendered by their tech and asked about the heater. Related the above "fix" by my son-in-law and thanked them for diagnosing the issue and removing the part for us to attempt repair. Would definitely use them again.

Diamond has done a great job servicing our units. They have come out on the weekends for us in emergencies. Everyone has been very professional.

The service turned very well. There was a problem with the initial installation. The installer had put the internal unit in the wall near a wall. It was installed slightly crooked to the point where it was noticeable. I contacted the salesman we worked with and he had someone out the next day to fix the issue without question. They were very prompt with the repair and immediately acknowledged the repair. They had the best value among the competitors. I was very happy with their service overall.
