Good day [member name removed], I would first like to start by apologizing for what you obviously feel is poor customer service. I take this very seriously as you can see from the reviews previous to yours, it's the first negative reflection of our company. I will first address your concern about the confusion on our price; -we offer 20% off of additional services, it lists that on our website and our receptionist explain that on the phone. I'm sorry it was not explained in further detail to you, it often seems very simple to us, you buy a service and receive a second service at a discounted price. To address your other concern that we didn't get on the roof to complete your second service, it is our company policy (to protect the health and well being of our employees), if there is snow or ice on the roof not only is it against company policy to be on it, but it puts our guys in danger, obviously we risk our lives enough in our primary job as full time Firefighters, we won't risk injuring ourselves for your or any other service that is a evident danger. In November you guys had called and asked me about this exact same thing and listening to the audio, I explained each of your concerns and asked you guys to call back when your roof was no longer covered with snow and ice, [member name removed] agreed and I never heard from you again until now. I don't take negative reviews lightly, but I will commit to making sure we explain in further detail. Thank you and the best of luck with your future services with another company.
