The repair went smoothly and I was up and running. Repair man was polite and efficent. I have used Cody's before and will do it again

They didn't have the part in stock so it took a couple extra days, but it was worth the wait. They were at our house when they said they would be and called before they came. Excellent Job!!!

Repair person came out at time stated and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Would recommend Cody's in the future and would use them again.

Brandon and John (I think) arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem with my washer within 10 minutes, and instead of trying to sell me a bunch of expensive repairs Brandon recommended I buy a new washer. My machine was at least 12 years old, was going to cost approximately $650 to fix. While there, they fixed my dryer vent hose, which was plastic and duct taped to the wall, to the firesafe kind with the clips, and showed me how to fix the gasket on my fridge. Will definitely use them again. Being a single homeowner, I worry about being taken advantage of, and it's a relief to find a company I feel comfortable with!

The job was completed timely, fixed the problem. The technicians arrived timely, were knowledgable, minimzed dust and debris, and explained everything in a courteous and professional manner.

They sent out a technician to check the oven. He called us while he was on his way, arrived on time, and was able to tell us what was wrong with the oven. He did some research on the outcome of fixing the oven, we just decided to get a new oven instead. The only concern we had was that we asked him to look at the oven only, but then I noticed he stuck an advertising sticker in our dishwasher, which seemed a bit odd.

It went very well. Brandon was very fast at determining the problem and replacing the parts. He also checked my dryer vent and checked over the rest of my refrigerator.

The appliance repairman called to let us know he was running late. When he arrived, he knew exactly what was wrong and had it repaired in 30 min.

They were very professional, and did a good job. The overall experience was excellent. I would use Cody’s Appliance Repair again.

They have a higher price then most places, but they do a good job.

After a couple weeks, they stopped working. The guy came back out again and insisted they weren't really broken, adjusted them. As soon as he left, they stopped working again. I've had them replace all the oven hinges and my oven doors still won't completely close and the lights never go off until they burn out.

Cody is very knowledgeable, diligent and provides complete and expert advice. My only qualification is that he is expensive - $170 for about an hour's work and $20 for a liquid cleanser.

They were able to come out immediately and take care of the problem. They are little bit pricey and our overall experience with them has been fine.

They sent Brandon out to fix the problem, he fixed the leak however the dishwasher is essentially past it's prime so he recommended a new dishwasher. He was personable and helpful in his suggestions and I didn't have to spend a lot of money on a dishwasher that needs to be replaced.

The tech tested my oven and found that it was operating according to spec. I was doing something wrong, not the oven.

He was really helpful and actually showed me how to fix the problem. I think he could have charged a little less.

Excellent experience! Called office at 8 a.m. with a non-urgent request for service and was quickly scheduled for a service call at 9:15 a.m. Ross showed up right on time and was professional and very efficient. Not only did he quickly fix my dishwasher problem, at my request he did a quick check (free!) of my dryer vent to see if it needed cleaning. He very honestly told me it was in fine shape and did not need to be cleaned at this time. I will use Cody's again and will recommend them to others.

The tech was friendly, professional, competent, informative,etc. My concern is pricing expectations. I am expecting 75 + 45 for the second appliance, unless parts are needed. Both repairs were done quickly because the tech knows his stuff. I should have been told the price before the repair was performed, and I should have asked rather than rely on expectations based on the website and emails. Other reviews reflect concerns with pricing also. I think this couLd be resolved with sample Original blue book pricing shown on the website and in emails. Furthermore, a disclaimer that most repairs will be significantly more than the 75 fee would be helpful. The service call fee is what you pay if nothing is done. I think I was actually given a discount, but still disappointed due to pricing expectations. I now know what to expect, but I would probably try someone else first before coming back.

It went very well. It took a while to find the source of the strange sound in the dishwasher, but the technician stuck with it and eventually found a small piece of plastic in the drain channel under the dishwasher. Refrigerator check-up was pretty straightforward. The technician was right on time. Scheduling with the company was very easy and flexible.

They knew what they were doing. They came out and repaired it within 24 hours.

They were excellent yet again. The service tech, Randy Bailey, was professional, prompt, and efficient. I have had nothing but excellent service from this company. I continue to recommend their services anyone.
