I am sorry to see you rated my company with an "F" with the only reason being that "We are booked with scheduled jobs through January 2016". With the El Nino rain forecasted for the So. California area many customers acted early to schedule their roofing work. It seems very unfair and extreme for you to rate my company with the lowest grade I have ever received in the 10 years of being on Angie's List considering the fact that I explained to you over the phone that I would be happy to come out immediately to your home and provide you with an estimate, but that the work could not be performed until after January. As a business owner I am always striving to make my customers happy, but in your case you never gave me a chance. Steve Solberg / Owner
