We had multiple quotes to have our roof shingles replaced. Steve was by far the most helpful and friendliest contractor that we met. He was very specific about the details of the work that his company would do and helped us understand the difference is shingle selection. It was an easy choice to go with Accurate Roofing Solutions. They came out on time and were finished in two and a half days! Even our neighbors around us were impressed! We have small children at home and at the end of each of the days they were here everything was clean and nail free. You would have never known we were in the process of getting a new roof. The price was reasonable as well. We couldn't be happier that we chose Steve and his crew!! We will be recommending them to our friends and neighbors.

Steve is the owner of Accurate Roofing Solutions. He and his crew have worked together for many years now and it shows. From the bidding process, Steve was honest and transparent. Although he was not the lowest bid, he offered the longest workmanship warranty and used better material. So I decided to pay a bit more and went with him. I am happy that I did. From they first day, they showed up on time, worked fast, and cleaned up after themselves each day. Steve was there each day to ask if things were going as I expected. When I raised any questions or concerns, he listened and addressed each of them to my satisfaction. I'm confident to refer others to him for roofing needs.

Again Steve was on time. We discussed what I thought my needs were. After an inspection, I received a thorough evaluation of my existing roof, attic ventilation, and some minor changes in city codes. Accurate Roofing Solutions was recommended to us by two friends who had new roofs installed. Both were happy with the projects and results. We were hopeful we would have a similar experience and we are extremely pleased with the new roofs on our house, garage and patio cover. From the initial consultation and estimate, Steve was professional and informed us on the scope of the work, areas of concern and likely duration for completing the job. Steve was flexible in scheduling the start of the project as we worked to get finances in place. Before commencing the work, we were informed of what we needed to prepare: moving plants and other items away from the house, covering items in the garage, etc. We were kept informed throughout the process. Steve took care of obtaining the permit and scheduling the inspection. The crew worked efficiently and did an outstanding job of cleaning up each night. There was good attention to detail as old vent pipes were removed and holes canceled, wood replaced as needed and all metal painted to match the color of the roof. Steve was on site to monitor progress and was readily available by phone, text or email, even answering a call on Sunday evening to discuss forthcoming work. Steve Solberg and his crew were great! We wanted to re-roof our new house prior to moving in and he was able to start two days after giving an estimate and was done within two days. With the uncertainty of city (Torrance) services during the pandemic, I was glad that Steve was on top of making sure the permitting and inspections could be done promptly. Fortunately, the city inspector came in the morning the day after the old roof was removed and bad wood replaced, so they could immediately install all the shingles, drip edges, flashing and low-profile dormer vents, and paint where needed the same day. They went the extra mile by doing some of the work that my HVAC contractor failed to finish in order to pass the first inspection. The crew made sure to cover our pool with plastic so no debris would fall in and they cleaned up very nicely after they were done (1 nail in a planter and a bit of plastic and small pieces of wood in the grass, so far - not bad). I walked the roof with Steve prior to and after the roof was installed and everything looked fantastic. What a sleek looking roof we now have and no doubt a vast improvement over our old, patched-up roof. This was my first time getting a roof done, so Steve explained everything very clearly and provided valuable information, such as how the flashing in key spots will divert water. I appreciate that Steve was very communicative and available by phone or text. Steve clearly takes pride in his work and I highly recommend Accurate Roofing Solutions!

The work was completed on-time and to my satisfaction. All appointments were made on-time and they did what they promised to do. The workman were very kind and ensured I was happy with the work preformed. I had some termite damaged and that was fixed to my satisfaction. Both were done efficiently, on budget, on time, and with the proper permits. Steve was very professional and got the job done in 3.5 days. We were worried when (naturally) there was a bit of rain on the last portion of the beams to be covered (the final .5 day) but Steve explained that it wouldn't have an effect on the interior. The new roof also has a lot more vents to air out the interior and keep moisture out. It's been a year now since it was installed and we haven't had a hint of a problem despite a very rainy year!
