I am very pleased with the job that Steve did replacing my roof. He was easy to work with and the best part was that he completed the project on time and on budget. Having worked with lots of contractors over the years, I know that's a rare feat! I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail and commitment to my satisfaction. I find Accurate Roofing Solutions to be fairly priced. I would definitely recommend giving Steve a call for your next roofing job.

Accurate Roofing did a great job starting and finishing the project on time. They were a little messy during the roofing process, but everything was cleaned up at the end. Had some issues with the drain scuppers during the process but Steve did a great job resolving them quickly so that there were no delays. Only one issue I had. On the tiles they used a mastic material on the joints instead of the normal mortar. I thought we had agreed to use mortar which was the standard process. But overall, the roof looks good.

He is very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions to provide a roof that is right for you, including tailoring the contract to meet your specific needs. He is very responsive to correct items that are not to your satisfaction. He also provided an extra garage roof vent at my request and hauled away about 12 large patio cover panels at no charge. His crew did an excellent job cleaning up and left no debris and scrapes on my property and even laid down a piece of heavy plastic at the start of the job before parking their truck on my driveway. We hired Accurate Roofing Solutions after having a few bids, and I was most impressed with their attitude and follow through. We dealt mostly with Josh, who was thorough and earnest, and made sure to understand and represent our wishes at every step of the process. We also needed a referral for some wood replacement in our car port, and the owner Steve was very helpful in making a solid recommendation for a contractor to help us. Price was reasonable, Steve was very punctual and patient in responding to questions and concerns, and his crew was exceptional, they really went above and beyond. They found termites, showed me on video and let me run to get spray and foam for them to treat the area at no charge. They explained everything along the way and cleaned up so well each day that you couldn't tell they were there (in fact is was cleaner than when they started). They even cleaned off our skylights and cleaned out our gutters, which was another bonus that we weren't expecting! I really cannot say enough positive things about Steve, his crew leader and all of the guys that work for Accurate Roofing Solutions.

My roof over the garage was old since it had developed leaks over the past two years. I called Steve of Accurate Roofing Solutions about my roofing needs and he scheduled an appointment for an estimate the very next day. He arrived at the scheduled time and inspected the roof which another contractor that I had come over did not do. Steve was upfront with the material costs and any replacement costs of the roof structure such as water damaged or broken boards. Also, he described how his crew was going to lay down the new roof and tie it in to the main roof. The crew came promptly in the morning and started working on the roof. They finished the removal and installation of the roof in four hours just as Steve estimated. After they were done they swept up the drive way and cleaned around the garage. I went up on the roof and they did an excellent job with the new roofing material, sealing the vent tubes, and adding new trim to the garage. The overall process was great and they did not leave any signs that they were there except for the new roof. Steve's estimate and timing were spot on. I would definitely use Accurate Roofing Solutions again.

I contract Accurate Roofing to replace the shingle roof on my house, including the adjacent fascia portions with dry rot and termite damage. The owner Steve clearly explained the process and my options, worked with my requests, and provided a good quote for the details that I wanted done. We schedule the project, and the work was done on the planned week as scheduled. On the first day, the work crew quickly set up, stripped down most of the old roof, replaced most of the damaged woodwork, and started the underlayment. On the second day, they finished stripping the roof and repairing woodwork, laid the entire new roof and new vents/fittings, sealed all fittings and flashings, and cleaned up everything from my driveway and yard. Luckily for me, other than the obvious fascia damage, the structure of the roof was sound and only needed minimal repairs to the decking. The work crew was very professional and helpful whenever I had questions. They put in the extra effort to do a quality job and to keep me up to date with the progress. My new roof and fascia look fantastic! I highly recommend Accurate Roofing for a roof replacement.

On-site discussion of work was followed by receipt of a comprehensive quote. Proposal left no doubts that all roofing job needs would be addressed (even included pulling of city permit) and was cost-competitive with other quotes received. Entire job took just three days - impressive given the work scope. All items were completed per proposal, the completed installation appeared highly professional, and clean-up was very good. We can recommend this business for involved roofing projects with no reservations.

Accurate Roofing Solutions submitted the the most competitive bid of the four roofing companies that I spoke with. They showed up when they said they would. They performed all the work they said they would in the time frame that they gave me and left the property cleaner than it was when they started the job. Steve at Accurate was very attentive and and his follow through was exceptional. the work crew did their job in a very professional manner. Once it rains I will come back and write a follow up to let you know how everything went. I don't expect to be any less pleased. Bravo Accurate Roofing. Highly recommend!

Overall, my experience with Accurate Roofing Solutions was wonderful. There were some surprises along the way, as I thought my detached garage did not need a new roof as I had it re-roofed 9 years ago. As it turns out - and I pulled my old invoice/paperwork from that "other company", they said they would remove the old roof.. but the did NOT. Furthermore, the phone number no longer worked. So much for my previous research. My garage was literally falling in on itself from the roof down, so this was an added expense that I did not expect. Going forward to Accurate Roofing Solutions, I was SO happy that I did my due diligence this time. I interviewed and got 4 bids on this job (exclusive of the garage that was added on after I hired Steve. I told him from the beginning that he did not need to look at the garage... my bad... as 1 week after I hired him, part of the side of the garage fell off!)) Steve was not the least expensive, but he was by no means the most expensive, AND... he worked very hard with me to bring the job within my budget (exclusive of the garage). He was incredibly patient with me as I was having an horribly hard time in picking out the color/style of shingles that would best enhance my house. He brought by samples, climbed up on ladders and placed them on my roof so that I could eyeball them from the end of the driveway. In the end... he gave me the name of his supplier and I went up to them with pictures of my little bungalow house and they were immensely helpful in directing me to the best looking shingle for my little home. Also, the shingle web site has an app where you can upload a pix of your home and place all the roof selections on it. Sweet! MY ROOF LOOKS AMAZING !!! Bottom line... I am thrilled with the time and attention Steve spent to to address my concerns. His crew was simply AMAZING. They were here for 3 days and cleaned up impeccably every day. Note to future customers... bake them sugar cookies..., and they will be eating out of your hand forever! I was so appreciative of Steve and his amazing crew. They even hung my Christmas lights!!!!!! I recommend Steve and Accurate Roofing Solutions totally; you can do no better. And... he is a heck of a very nice guy as well. An added bonus!

It went very well and fast. Steve came out within a day of contacting him and gave me a cost estimate which seemed reasonabler and scheduled the job within three weeks of first contact as I was concerned about the coming rainy season. Work was performed in three full days (over a 6 day period including a weekend and scheduled city inspection) by a courteous crew of five working hard. Clean up was daily and thorough and even included a lot of wood debris from an old fence. Roof looks great. Altogether very efficient from start to finish. As to price..... was significantly higher than the only other estimate I got 18 months earlier but I did not have time to shop around.

It went great. Steve keep us up to date on a slight delay in starting the job due to rain and the progress during the job. The crew did a through job cleaning up at the end of the job.

Steve has a great crew of hard workers. They were speedy and they did good work. They cleaned up after the job and were very professional. Steve can be trusted as a businessman. I would recommend him and I would hire him again in the future.

Steve’s team was great. We had two layers of old roof taken off and a beautiful new roof put on. The job was done in three days, just like Steve said and yard was cleaned up after, good as new. I would recommend Accurate Roofing Solutions to anyone needing a roof replacement.

Steve was great. Very professional and very much on top of the whole process. His workers were great and cleaned up after each day. Was done exactly on the day he said. Love my new roof!! I would use them again and would highly recommend him! The total cost was more but I had extensive water damage and needed new wood replaced. Overall very fair.

It couldn't have gone better. Steve Solberg had been recommended by a neighbor and he and his crew did as good a job on our roof as he did on the neighbors. He responded to phone calls promptly and explained the whole process clearly. His crew was prompt, very hard working in spite of having to work during the heat wave, and did an excellent job of cleaning up each day. Steve handled the permit and inspection process with the City of Torrance very well and we had no problem passing inspection. Having insulation added was well worth the extra cost. It has really made a difference with our open beam ceilings. I would highly recommend Steve for any roofing job.

Steve answered all questions after submitting the estimate. My roof was very old and had termite damaged, I asked if he could approximate the additional costs I would incur over the estimated amount and he gave me a rough idea + cost for the city permit fee. Day 1 they removed the roofing he called to discuss additional cost of the sheathing and fascia that needed to be replaced. Day 2 City inspects. Day 3 Upon completion of the project, the crew cleaned up the entire job site. They even sends pics of the roof during the process and when competed. Roof looks great!

All work was eventually done to our satisfaction, but it should have gone much smoother, taking more than a month to get the 4 hours work completed. As for Quality rating, we would have happily paid more for better quality if we were given the option. Some old soft wood was not replaced and other bad wood was not considered part of the roof was not replaced and repairs to rotten eve beams were not acceptable. It is important to note that the chimney repairs were completed at no charge and that all of the work performed was complete to an acceptable standard and the owner was very proactive to make sure all of our issues were resolved.

All calls and emails were answered quickly, and Steve answered every question during the due diligence process. The team showed up on time both days and were transparent with the work done and repairs made. After completion, they were extra careful during the clean up and swept the area looking for nails or debris. We would recommend Accurate Roofing Solutions to friends and neighbors.
