Also, Steve recommended an underlayerment of a newer, synthetic material that is recyclable and mold-resistant. Installation was easy and efficient. Crews were always on time (or early) and clean-up was a priority for them at the end of the work day. When the city inspector showed up at the final inspection commented that the job was one of the best he had seen due to the workmanship and amount of venting that was installed. Apparently, contractors who are cheap and/or trying to cut corners install fewer vents which can lead to excess heating-a/c costs and other problems down the road. A contractor who shows up when he/she says, responds to calls/texts, is knowledgeable and offers fair prices is like finding gold in a sea of coal! Great! Steve, the owner was amazing. Communication was great. He called, texted and emailed. Returned my calls/text/emails within hours. Crew was on time. Our city was a pain to work with and they worked with them. Finished in 3 days like promised. Had $1500 in extra charges, which was very fair and necessary. Some charges due to city requirements. Overall extremely happy with results.

We got a few bids and this is one of the most competitive. They can schedule our project in the near future and we are very happy about it. Steve followed up very proactively and quickly by emails. Steve went through the steps clearly with my tenants. The crew was professional, competent, and fast! The project was completed in 3 days. My tenants feel great about the process and the result. They also handled the city permit process, all we had to do is to pay based on the schedule in contract! I would definitely recommend this company!

We got quite a few bids and thought this would be the best fit, and we couldn't be happier with it. The crew especially was professional, competent, and fast! There was little intrusion into our activities, and they got in and out in 1 1/2 days, including a super cleanup. Once our deal was struck, we didn't have to wait long, the job took place within our parameters without a hitch. They dealt with a couple of small but unexpected on site conditions without a whimper, and even handled the permit process, all we had to do was pay at the end! Accurate Roofing came highly recommended from another business in our area which only does roof repairs. Steve and I had planned in February to talk about my roof in May, after the rains let up. After my wife and I decided to go with them, Steve was able to schedule our job early when another client canceled. He managed to get a city inspector to come out despite their being overbooked, so he was able to finish in the two days that he said he would. We have a two story house with a steeper than average pitch, so I would only want experienced professionals up there, which is exactly what we got. The roof looks great!

Steve and his guys replaced the roof of our home in Palos Verdes. After contacting other roofing contractors, we decided to use Accurate based on the prior Angie’s list reviews and his reputation in the community. He was able to be flexible in his scheduling of us (we had a baby in between signing the papers and the job start date) and it all worked out very well. In total, the job took 6 1/2 days, compared to one of our neighbors who was waiting on their contractor for 6 weeks during the recent rains! The finished product looks great with as much of the old tile saved as possible and we are looking forward to having a quality roof for decades. The days of crawling into the attic with a bucket to catch the leaks are over!

Excellent. They had five-member staff which was able to perform all work in a timely manner. Staff worked efficiently and they were polite. They cleaned up the property very well after completing the installation. They provided photos of the completed project. I had no interest in climbing on the roof myself.

Steve took great care of my home and request for a new roof. He was even able to get me on the schedule earlier than anticipated. These roofers work tirelessly and I've been very impressed. Very pleased with our new roof, it's beautiful and I'm confident of it's quality. Due to a previous bad experience we were a bit high maintenance and edgy as clients, and demo on our job was tough as they had to remove the original 60 year old rock roof and a layer of shingles that had been slapped over it. The demo process freaked us out a little bit (and our dog a lot), as it's LOUD and dirty (to anyone who is reading this who works from home...just find some other place to be for four days. You'll be happier and more productive). But Steve was calm with us throughout, and when I saw how clean they got the roof down to the decking I felt sure we were in good hands. The end product is lovely and the materials and workmanship high quality so we will probably not ever have to do it again so it was all worth it. They did a nice job cleaning up after as well. His price was reasonable, not the cheapest bid I got but a fair bit lower than the most expensive one. His crew was friendly and courteous and clearly knew their stuff. I'm very glad I'll probably never have to go through this process again, but if I had to I would not hesitate to call Steve.

Steve was responsive, knowledgable, went out of his way to contact an unresponsive County to obtain permits and determine pricing, finished in 3.5 days (right before Xmas). We wanted to look at the colors in person, so he gave us the name of his supplier, who let us take samples home. His goal is to give you "A" service across the board.

The team arrived when expected, and worked efficiently. All the workers were pleasant and polite. The team lead made sure to check with me and answer any questions.

Initially we were quoted 3 days of work but it was finished in 2. One day to remove the existing shingles and having the materials delivered, another day to replace damaged decking, fascia board and put the new shingles on. The price was reasonable, Steve was responsive to communication, and the workers were professional and cleaned up the perimeter afterwards. We are happy with the new roof, it looks great!

Steve was very responsive. We obtained three estimates and his was several thousand dollars less than the other estimates. Steve's workers arrived on time and worked hard all day. They completed the new roof on our house and garage in one day. My husband and I are very happy with the quality of the work! THe new roof looks great!

Steve and his crew did a great job. He explained a lot about the process, the code requirements, and work to be completed. He also came up with a good solution to the front wall and roof severely damaged by raccoons. Although he was not the cheapest quote I received (although very close to it), his level of service, communication and transparency made it a no-brainer. They finished on-time as he said they would. Glad I went with him and his crew.
