Description of Work: Reed Locksmith was timely, professional and most helpful in solving my problem. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs locksmith services. He reused door knobs that I already had instead of trying to sell me new ones. I have even recommended him to a friend of mine who is a Real Estate agent who is alway helping her clients with re-keying their newly purchased home.

Description of Work: John opened my rental house which had been abandoned by a tenant who had changed the locks and run off with the keys. John re-keyed 2 deadbolts and 3 knob-sets. John also showed excellent initiative by suggesting and installing a garage door lock keyed to match the front door. This was very much appreciated.

 + -1 moreJohn was very courteous and performed all work in one day. We are pleased with the results. We had a minor problem with one deadbolt and he was able to come back and service the deadbolt quickly. We were pleased with the service and the quality of his work.
Description of Work: Installed new handle set & deadbolt on exterior door. Drilled holes for and installed three double deadbolts on exterior doors. Drilled holes for and installed two single deadbolts on interior doors. Re-keyed all locks to same key.
