Description of Work: There was a broken gear on my garage door opener, so he had to take it completely and replace the gear and put it back up. He readjusted that one. He also serviced the one next to it that didn't need a new gear, but he went ahead and adjusted everything on that one, also.

+ -1 moreOverall it went very well. Nathan was on time, performed the job for the quoted price including parts and labor, and checked to be sure the openers were functioning correctly. He also returned to install a power cord needed in the shop as he said he would. I would recommend him for garage door opener installation.
Description of Work: NathanHester Installed a new 1/2 HP garage goor opener in my garage replacing a defective opener. He also installed a 3/4 HP Lift Master Professional garage door opener in my shop which is a 12' high X 14' wide. He installed a new key pad and provided 2 remote controls. He came at the exact time he said he would and it took him about 6 hours to complete. He needed one part that was missing from the opener so he said he would get it and return in 2 days to complete the job which he did. He gave a 10 year warranty on parts and a 1 year warranty on labor. He said to call with any questions or problems. Very polite & professional..

I am sure it took more time then he had expected because it took unusual size springs due to the extra large heavy wooden door. I really appreciate his work and his attitude. I will definitely hire him again if needed and recommend him to friends and family.
Description of Work: It was the second time I hired him and was very pleased both times. This time he made and installed springs on my extra tall and wide back garage double door. He also replaced the weather stripping on both of my double garage doors.

+ -1 moreFirst off Geoff at Complete Garage Door Service answered the phone which nobody else did they were either answering services or recordings. The tech was on time AND it was the same person I talked to on the phone! My old 20 year old wooden door was an absolute mess(broken springs, unwound cables, rollers falling out) and would never work. I called about getting a new door and Geoff showed me I didn't need a whole new door I could simply refurbish my old door. Geoff did a great job explaining what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He did give me a quote for a new door and thoroughly talked me through all of my options. I have to say my door has been working splendidly and the opener is quieter also! I highly recommend Complete Garage Door Service for any repairs you might need.
