It didn't. I asked for my money back, since after a month of purchasing this deal, they never had the courtesy to try and set up an appointment.

It turned out awesome, he was really good. No other charge. It took about a week and half to have him call me. Then the day he was suppose to come he called to tell me he was sick. He did come the next day and he was right on time. It works. He told me he was really sorry.

We just moved to the house and knew nothing about the automatic doors. It was good to have someone explain how they work and look over the door to check its condition. It enabled us to have work done now that would have been worse if left undone. He was knowledgeable and explained things well. He was not pushy but gave us all the options and he also gave a military discount.

Went well. Nice guy. Went out of his way to get the job done. Happy with workmanship.

Great. He drove in from Idaho, came on time, was very personable, knowledgable, and efficient. The price was to be $49. for one garage door, He did both garage doors for that price.

Called at 8am, got here at 11am and done in 30mins. Very professional and super fast! A++++++

Garage door was inspected and adjustments made where required. Nate was professional and explained things as he went along. Nate was honest about the condition of the whole system, and did not try to sell us anything we did not need ( much appreciated). I would most definitely use this company again. Thank you Nate!

They came to access what exactly was the problem. They were professional and explained the problem and what was needed very well. They removed and replaced the wheels since they were worn out plastic. When they opened the door with all the new parts and motor it was so quiet and really smooth. They did a really good job and they cleaned up after themselves. I thought they were great.

Came a day early. I was ok with it and he did the work quickly, answered all my questions, did only the work requested.

We were very pleased with their service. Punctual, knew what they were doing, and we would use them again.

It started out rocky as he forgot to put me on his calendar. He also kept forgetting that I had the "Angie's List" deal. The actual work has been done well and he was very pleasant to work with. His work is also guaranteed.

They installed all three doors just fine. However, once they were installed we realized they were not insulated and we had wanted insulated doors. (I don't know if the mix-up was due to miscommunication by husband or them.) Nathan very agreeably apologized for the confusion and said he could come the next week with insulation panels to add to the doors - which would make them the equivalent of pre-insulated doors - which he did. He was very thorough about checking the tracking on the doors to make sure they would open and shut as they should. He even turned his truck around 5 minutes after he left and returned to tweak one of the doors when I gave him a call because one of them was acting a little funny. We have three new doors that look and work great. Getting a keypad to work for all three doors was problematic. Each of our doors has a different vintage of motor - so the same keypad will not necessarily work with all of the doors. After two visits and some trial and error Nathan set us up with two separate keypads - that will open two of the three doors. However, he couldn't find one that would work for all three. He charged us for one keypad (at $60) rather than two. But, now one of the doors still didn't have a keypad, which was a little annoying. After the fact, I went online and (after a fair amount of reading) I was able to find a keypad (for $30) that will work for all three, despite the different model numbers and ages. So, I will be putting that up and programming it for all three doors. Overall, Nathan did a good job. He was a really nice guy and came back several times to make sure we got everything we wanted. In the end, I'd give him a B+ just because of the keypad thing. If he had gone the extra mile as the "expert" and done the same reading I did and found the keypad that Did work for all three doors, then he'd get a solid A. But, because I ended up doing the research to find the keypad (and paying another $30 for a third keypad, when one could have worked) I gotta take it down to a B+. Still, he's a very nice contractor to work with and when we needed to add on the insulation, he was very good natured about it and has a great attitude.

Last year Nathan replaced my 40 yr. old wooden garage doors with nearly identical new wooden ones from Clopay. I can't speak more highly of him. Once when I called for service on a weekend I learned he was with his family and it was his only day off. But he insisted on dropping everything and he rushed over--and it was a good 45 minute drive from where he started. Recently my door (now out of warranty) wouldn't go up. This time he came out to discover I'd inadvertently bent a safety sensor when moving a garbage can. He readjusted it, then spent another 20 minutes tuning everything else up--and then didn't charge me a penny! Great service, great guy. You won't make a mistake calling him

We called and they were able to send out the technician, Nathan, that same day. After assessing what happened, he recommended replacing both springs. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. My wife was home and said Nathan was very professional and courteous. She really appreciated that he helped to move some items out of the way and that once the door was up, he didn't come back through the house. He came to the front door and rang the bell when he was finished. We will choose Complete Garage for any future needs we might have at our house!

I was sure this was going to be an expensive repair. The door was off the rails, the motor seemed to have a mind of it's own, going up or down the button being pressed, sticking in random places when it wanted. It had been hit more than once by our car. It would always stick at the top unless you stopped it before it got that far, and them needed to be manually pulled down. Nathan made a few quick adjustments to various parts of the garage door system, and it was working like new. I don't think he was at my house for more than 10 minutes. The door was working so smoothly I was amazed. I had previous repairman do less and charge more.

They arrived quickly and repaired the problem. They left no mess and the door has operated perfectly ever since.

We were very pleased with his promptness, his work, his personality, his price, and the results of smooth operating garage doors. We will call on him for garage door service in the future, as we have need.

Perfect. He came out to review our failing one and made specific recommendations on our specific very heavy door. Came back the very next day and put it in. He was very knowledgeable. We have used him for replacing springs before.

Nathan was awesome! Not only did he come out that same day (within an hour of my call) but he was half the price of another company that I had gotten a quote from. He replaced the broken spring, replaced the bearings and lubricated the garage door opener itself as a courtesy. Nutshell: he was prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

Overall, I am happy with this company and the job that was done. They were prompt and the garage doors look nice. But beware that they will not honor the 10% off coupon on Angie's list. When they arrived to bid the job I told them about the 10% off on Angie's list. I was told that I needed to print the coupon. I printed the coupon and presented it to them on the day they completed the work. I was then told that they no longer honor this coupon. This information should have been given to me before they did the work. I felt that this was not a good business practice. I was told that they have tried to get the coupon off of Angie's list and they don't know how to accomplish that. If they had been trying to get it off then they should have been able to inform me that it was not valid on the day they gave me their bid. They did offer me a free garage door opener in place of the 10% off.

They called me back promptly after leaving a voicemail message for them and were able to perform a same-day repair. The technician called ahead of the appointment to let me know he was running a bit late (which allowed me to leave work on a "just in time" basis to head to the slightly rescheduled appointment. The problem was thoroughly diagnosed and a verbal quote was given to make the repair. The parts were on the truck. The technician took his time to fine-tune and adjust the garage door's new spring-loaded rod (which I learned lifts 90% of the door's weight) and there are no issues with opening and closing the now-repaired garage door. We have a second garage door with an identical Wayne Dalton mechanism. Complete Garage Door Service is coming back on Tuesday to replace (proactively) the mechanism on that garage door so that we won't have to do an emergency repair in the near future. This company does a good job of communicating and I appreciate the fact that they have parts on the truck to be able to make a lot of repairs. The materials that they used were superior to the ones they replaced.

Nathan was the first company who arrived to place a bid and was able to have the garage door replaced the very next day. Rudy, the installer, was professional and efficient. He took away the old, decrepit garage door and parts and left the garage tidy. He was even able to install a keypad on the same day as the installation. We are pleased to add another happy rating for this company to Angie's List.

While backing out of my garage I ran into the garage door with my car. There were rollers displaced, one was outside of the garage door frame, one flew off completely and one was outside it's bracket. The rail on the bottom of the door was half off. The whole door was very crooked. I called Nate about 11:00 am and told him what had happened. I live in an area where burglaries are almost a nightly occurrence and needed the garage door to close if possible. Nate said he had another call in the afternoon and would come by my house first. Nate was here by 5 pm. He had to call his other customer and tell them he would be a little late.(Sorry other customer.) He put it all back together and had it working in less than 30 minutes. He only charged me for a service call. Wonderful service from a very nice professional guy. I will recommend him to all my friends.
