I indicated to Parker's representative on the phone that I'd been burned before and wanted to ensure that I received full cords, which was agreed upon. At the first of three deliveries, the driver indicated that I could stack the wood and he would make any shortages "right." At the 2nd delivery, additional wood was provided as I was shorted about 1/2 a cord in a 2-cord delivery the first time. Unfortunately, after the 3rd delivery, I felt I was still short about 1/2 a cord and the driver indicated that management indicates that 23 "scoops" from a front-end loader equals 2 cords. That would probably be right, except that the deliveries all included significant rock, dirt and debris from Parker's wood lot. We loaded a full pick-up load back into Parker's delivery vehicle (that was very nice), yet I still have debris from the 3rd load to take to the dump - at my cost. In addition, although split, the wood included many pieces that will not fit in a standard wood stove. PRO'S - Good hardwoods (Oak, Maple, etc.), Split wood, 2-cord delivery amounts CON'S - Significant debris detracts from actual wood delivered, some wood not right-sized for a wood stove

I recently engaged Parker Tree Services in Boise ID to remove a large old, Willow tree in my back yard the trunk was about 4 feet in diameter. It was a spreading willow and covered a large area of the yard including over the house and the neighbors fence. One evening a large branch split hitting the house. Lucky for me the damage was not significant. I contacted three tree services to get quotes on the removal of the tree. Parker was the best quote. I was concerned that the remainder of the split limb would fall on the house causing additional damage. The Parker Tree Service representative assured me that they could come out the next day and remove the dangerous limb over the house. The Parker folks showed up promptly at 09:00 the next day and removed the dangerous limb. They then scheduled the complete removal and clean up for the next week. The removal and clean up went as planned. I was very impressed by their quick work and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who has a need for their services. They got the job done and have all the necessary expertise to safely deal with the removal process at a competitive price

They did an outstanding job! Our trees and bushes were trimmed and cleaned out beautifully. They removed all of the underbrush and anything that was dead. They came out on time and worked until everything was done. They were polite, friendly, and professional. They quoted the lowest price and we would hire them again. Wonderful experience.

Parker Tree Service showed up on time to work on my project. Even in the rain. They did exactly what they told me they would do and did a thorough job cleaning up their worksite when they were done.

All went well except for some fence damage which occurred when some branches and large chunks of wood hit the top of the fence. The fencing was bent but was repairable.

I was happy with them. They were very professional and punctual, but their price was high for me.

Cito arrived when he said he would. He was fast, efficient and cleaned up after himself. Very friendly and professional.

I was in a rush to hire someone to do emergency trimming and removal work at the mother's house in Boise. I called several recommended tree services; Parker was the first one on the property. The advice they gave was incredibly helpful: some trees I thought needed to be removed they recommended saving; another tree I thought was fine was in grave danger of causing damage, as they showed me. They took a badly overgrown yard and turned it into pleasant respite again. I was also very happy with the price. Over the past few years, I've had a lot of tree work done at my home, so I'm familiar with the costs associated with extensive work. Parker did great work at a great price. A birdbath was broken while the work was done, and Parker replaced it. In an age when one gets used to putting up with mediocre service, it's wonderful to find a company that goes above and beyond in keeping customers satisfied.

It went well. The crew showed up early which was nice, I had 3 trees trimmed and had the job done in 30 minutes!

They were very good. They were professional and they cleaned everything up. I think they showed up about two hours early.

They did a good job. It was a fair price for what they did. They were really good about their cleanup. They did break my sprinkler line but it wasn't their fault but I had to fix it myself.

It went excellent. They are very economical and do a great job with communication.
