Tree trimming was good, but a huge pile of branches was left and never cleaned up. We received a threatening phone call saying they were going to put a lien on the house unless Bill was paid today. A bill was never received and after several months of waiting the pile of branches is still sitting in the yard. Customer service was horrible, but the skill of cutting the trees was good. We will never use the company again, and recommend using a company with better billing, customer service and management.

They were very professional and did a great job. Didn't leave a mess in my yard or my neighbors yard. Was very happy with the work.

The crew showed up early, which was fine by me, with 4 people and two trucks, one pulling a chipper. Cut down the trees, cut them up and chipped them up. Raked the lawn of the inevitable debris and cleaned off the driveway. Even chipped up a tree I had already cut down myself. Sprayed the stumps to eliminate root crown and stump sprouts. Job was completed in 1 hour, allowing me to go birding while the viewing conditions were still good for the day!

Parker Tree Service was quick, professional, and efficient when removing my two large willow trees as well as some root removal and stump grinding. The process took two days and the area was kept clean and free of debris. Price was a little over $4,000. Interesting to note that while they do accept credit or debit cards, they will only do so if the 3% transaction fee is paid by the customer. This was a bit of a bummer as I had hoped to use a credit card for some points, but ended up paying by check instead. Very professional crew, I would hire them again if needed.

A recent snowfall caused an already-leaning tree to lean even more - something of an emergency. Parker Tree Service were able to come out within a couple days to provide an estimate. They were then able to come back a couple days later and cut the tree down. No piles of sawdust left behind - very neat and tidy.

They did a great job with trimming and clean up. Dan was very professional and knowledgeable. Spend a lot of time addressing my concerns with each tree, provided suggestions with explanations to determine the best solution to enhance the shape of the tree and maintain health.

Tree removal. The service was over the top excellent. Removed three very large trees from behind my house with their crane and sawed them up on the road in front. Cleaned up all scraps et Cetera. Amazing!

The two Cody's were great. Arrived on time, clarified what work was being done and got right to work. The pruned tree looks wonderful. The cleanup was spotless. I highly recommend this company.

The office staff was very patient with me as the trees took a while to leaf out. The guys doing the work were quick, professional, & seemed to care about the trees.

The removal of those 4 trees couldn't have go any better. The three young men arrive early Saturday morning promptly at 8:30 as scheduled. Their equipment is amazing, so much I spent the morning watching a taking pictures, see below.

Excellent service - timely, trees trimmed and clean-up after. Our only concern was higher charges than we expected.

The crew was very professional and polite. They did a great job cleaning up the yard and were very helpful with recommendations regarding non-trimmed trees. Their equipment was in good shape and ready to go on arrival. I was fascinated watching the crane used to remove the two large poplar trees and the tree climbing expertise for tree work where the crane was not used. They worked really well as a team.

Timely, efficient and nicely completed work. The crew listened to what I wanted and I am very pleased.

I went to work in the morning and when I arrived in the afternoon the tree was gone and there was very little cleanup that I had to do (only a few small twigs that the mower wouldn't have liked). We will eventually replant in that location so we had them grind the stump accordingly. The only thing that wasn't pleasant news was that while cutting through the trunk/roots they sliced our sprinkler line, which will result in some extra cost on my end once the ground clears of snow and thaws.

On the date scheduled, Randy arrived with a crew of two. Completed all work within about 5 or 6 hours. (Some of the time was consumed in unclogging their large chipper machine.) Randy and crew were open to questions, and worked diligently. Yard was cleaned up as was the street and sidewalk in the front of the residence. Was very pleased with the work. Very professional. Would hire again.

They did a great job. They were prompt and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were very easy to work with. I will definitely call them again for any work I need.
