I heard back from Kelly almost immediately and her spouse called and set up an appt. He was prompt and I informed him I would get back to him.

They arrived within the appointed time and proceeded to remove the branches. The whole job took about an hour and they cleaned up the site before they left.

Add me to this business's list of satisfied customers. Cito came out for an initial consultation a few months ago, wrote down all my concerns and questions, then went over a treatment plan that would get our yard ready for the growing season. After that we set up a regular weekly mow and trim schedule. I haven't really had to think about lawn care since then because Cito and his guys are always on the ball. I never have to worry about whether they'll show up or do shoddy work when they get here. This is a well-run company and I'd recommend them without hesitation. Their professionalism and quality of work are worth your business.

We were very pleased and they were prompt for their appointments. If they had to cancel, they would let me know a head of time. They were easy to work with and reasonable in price. They were polite and the job was well done.

Called and got an estimate about 1 1/2 weeks ago. We agreed on date, price and services to be performed. The guys showed up right on time did a great job!

He said he would come out on Sunday. He never showed up and never called. They sounded really nice, but they never showed up.

Showed up as promised and completed the job in a timely and professional manner.

Well, he had a busy day the day he had agreed to come for the estimate and didn't show. He didn't call, either, for a few days. But when he remembered, he called with profuse apologies and made a new appointment. Spring leafing had not begun, and I was new to the property and didn't know what kind of tree it was. He didn't know either. But he did know what bug had been eating it and gave me a referral to a spray company before I had a chance to ask. He arrived bright and early on the arranged day of service, with one assistant. He left the tree in much more graceful shape and gave me some idea of where the tree was having the most trouble because of the power line cuts. He also trimmed a wayward branch of the adjacent tree at my request, and didn't add it to the bill. We have a couple of very large trees on the lot that will need to come down at some point. We're likely to call him for those when the time comes.

I had scheduled an appointment to have Cito give me an estimate for some pruning work. He showed up exactly when he said he would. When we agreed on a price I asked when he could schedule the work. He replied "right now"! He and his helper got right to work and did a first-rate job. They cleaned up all the debris and were done very quickly. I will definitely call them again when I need work done!

We pretty much said it all in the box above. The service was great, they were all prompt and willing to chat a moment if we had a comment or question. We didn't feel like we were in their way and also we got somesreccomedations for a fence cover to plant. Everything was left clean and they took great care as not to ding anything when the limbs were dropped. They all had a cheerful demeanor and the whole experience was positive for us.

Overall I could not ask for a better job.

I contacted Creative Landscaping and Cito came out promptly to give me a bid. He asked effective clarifying questions about what I wanted, and we agreed on a price. Cito and a colleague showed up as planned and began work. I was in and out that day; when I was home Cito made a point of checking in on progress and asking more questions to make sure they did exactly what I wanted. Cito did a terrific job. My yard was tidied nicely and they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Creative Landscaping, and will be using them again.

Very well, They came on time and did more work then was expected. They also cleaned up everything while working in the surprise wind and rain storm that came thru while they were working here.

Needed bark area cleaned, plant removed, large patio area cleaned.

Started off very good, Cito or "Mr Garcia" as he likes to be called was incredibally personable and attentive when called for an estimate. He provided stellar references and has an impeccable reputation when it comes to his business.... However I have quite a large lawn that I think might have been outside his normal scope and it showed and solely what this review is around. For the 6 or so visits he came out the lawn just didn't seem to be 'professionally' done. The cut lines were off and not symmetrical, he didn't accommodate grass length for the temperature and he kept bringing different folks out to assist with his work as if he was hiring day laborers to assist with push mowers throughout the back of my property. This after asking if he was the one doing the work that he replied yes to.. well it ended up being him and others I had no background on walking around my responsibilities. Overall the time came to end this past week when I discovered after traveling for work I found that they were dumping the lawn cuttings in my back pasture rather then taking them away with them as agreed upon... Overall If I would have spent the $800 my self and got me a riding lawnmower I think I would have gotten the same result, not the professional looking landscaping I was looking for. So if you are looking for someone to trim up your standard yard and do general work that you cant perform on your own I would recommend him absolutely, but if you have a more refined or scaled need I'd look elsewhere.

I called on a Sunday evening and left a message. I received a return call within 2 hours. Ron was available the very next day to give me a free estimate. The quoted price seemed more than fair and he performed the yard clean-up that same afternoon. Ron was very pleasant and professional. He had to battle wasps while pruning and trimming bushes, shrubs, and trees and all yard debris was cleaned up and hauled away. I would definitely use Creative Landscaping again and will recommend their services to friends and family.

I found them on Angie’s List. The guy who came out went above and beyond and did some cleanup which I really did not talk about. He was wide out and worked as well as cleaned up everything. He got the work done faster than what I originally scheduled him for. He was great and one of the best landscapers I ever had. His pricing was really good when compared to other bids which I received which were double his. His service was excellent and he got right back to me when I gave him a call. He was willing to come back and perform more work for me. He did a great job of being very professional and I would recommend him to others.

From estimate, to work, to finished project I am happy with the experience. The work was professionalThe staff at Creative Landscaping are helpful, good to listen and easy to work with to formulate a workable and detailed design.This was my first time using a company for lawn and yard care. My overall experience was great! Cito showed up on time for our estimate, and kept in touch about scheduling the project. He was always very friendly and professional. His crew was also very courteous. He knows his stuff. Even Kelly is a great help and super friendly! The price was fair for the work they did. They were very punctual and did a good job. They were helpful in the fact that we are probably going to do some future work and they can probably come when we call them.

An appointment was set at approximently 12:00pm on Wednesday, April 25th. I was home all day on the 25th and they never showed up or called.

They do a very good job, they're going to work on my mother's house Sunday, pull out weeds, and put a bunch of gravel back. They are very reasonable and work hard. I am selling my mother's house, as she has passed away. It is not a big area, but, time consuming, and we are not able to do it ourselves at this time. They are excellent, they called us once, and said you forgot to close the garage door. Anytime we have some work, we call on them.

Ceto has done many jobs for us, he cut down the two trees, asked if I wanted any firewood, I did, so he cut pieces to fire box length for us. Every thing was cleaned up and you would never know the trees ever existed. Ceto is fair priced, honest, friendly and a very nice person. We already have jobs lined up with Ceto when spring gets here. I would recommend Creative Landscaping to everyone.
