Third time I’ve used Cito’s team. Once again, excellent quality, punctual, very dedicated services. I’ve seen a negative review back in time, but we’ve never seen a hint of the behaviors outlined in the negative review. In fact, Cito has gone the extra mile by suggesting and performing some tasks that I didn’t even ask for but greatly appreciated getting them done. Three times in a row Cito’s work has been top notch. Highly recommended!

Cito was very responsive when I called to get an estimate. We made an appointment and he was here right on time. We walked the yard and he provided some helpful guidance on some of the things we needed to have done. We set a date for the actual work which as today. The crew showed up as planned and quickly took care of the job. They even did a couple of extra things for us within the existing bid. They cleaned up and hauled all the debris away. We are very happy with the results, and we've even had folks comment how nice it looks. We're planning to have Cito and team back next spring to do some additional work with our trees. Great job!

Terribly. They broke a sprinkler head and tried to blame it on another contractor. Misidentified invoices. Over charged me several times and blamed it on computer errors. Missed several obvious spots in my yard and we’re suprised when I complained that it wasn’t done(and they never completed the job) Showed up at my house three times demanding immediate payment without providing proper documentation. I was more than happy to pay as soon as I got an invoice that had the right amount on it. Do not hire them. I eventually found group of kids who were raising money for college who did a much better job than they did.

The cost is $30 per mowing. I was very satisfied with them.

I have to wonder if many of these reviews came from family and friends. Although Cito successfully portrayed himself as highly rated, the reality did not match up. Somewhere during the middle of the job I asked him to make a minor change to the shape of the bed as it was not the shape we had talked about. At that point his attitude changed from being accommodating to being curt with some underlying hostility. He did not do all of the things we had talked about and was vocal about things being ‘close enough’. He put in a watering system that was not compatible with the existing system on the same zone. He also agreed to move a couple of soakers for the new trees and instead said they were ‘fine where they were.’ They are so far away from the trees that the water did not reach them; one of them was watering outside the boarder around the tree. I had to hire another contractor to come in and fix both of those problems. The top soil which he claimed was great had a lot of clay in it. The tree he planted was not secure and is leaning. He put in a raised bed that was supposed to be 8 inches high and after the first rain it is basically flat. His attitude at the end of the job was so bad that I just wanted him off the property. I would never use him again and would not recommend him. If you decide to go with the positive reviews at least have a detailed list of what you want done and make sure everything is on the estimate.

They repaired the sprinkler head and line connecting it. Everything he did regarding the sprinkler system was from the control box outside in the yard. He never once checked the timer in the garage. I had to go back to work before they were done but could have let him in the garage while I was there. When I came home from work there was a super small tree in my yard. The price tag was still on it and it was a $120 tree. We called them and complained and they came out and put in a little bit bigger tree, but it was not worth $225 and was dry and brittle. One of the branches has already broken off. It has been about 2 weeks since that first visit and my grass was drying up where the sprinkler was supposed to be fixed. I figured out that the sprinkler in that area was still not coming on so I called him. He came out and figured out it had to do with the timer in the garage. He knocked over my bike while walking into my garage and did not pick it up and scratched it. He was gruff and rude and said that one of the wires was not connected to the timer. It was the wire to the section he was supposed to have fixed. He charged me another $45 because he claimed that it was not his fault. I thought that is what I hired him for was to get my sprinkler running again. He was very rude the entire time and was completely unprofessional. He shut my gate hard and grabbed the check out of my hand. The entire thing has cost me around $450 and for what, a sprinkler that did not run for over two weeks and dried up my lawn and for a broken tree. I would never recommend them. They do not have set prices for any of their services, he just makes things up as he goes and then changes it as he does the work. He is very rude, gruff and very unprofessional. Terrible service!!! Terrible.

Very well. Cito was onsite during the entire process and the work they completed was really well done. This is a reliable firm that does truly good work.

I love Creative Landscaping! Cito is a truly nice person and does great work for a reasonable price! I'm planning on having him do more work for me this spring.

Not good and not as I had expected. I really like Cito ( OWNER ) however their workmanship is not worth paying for. When they came out to trim small and medium trees in my yard they cut/trimmed limbs and left some limbs in the trees or in the neighbors yard! This was my second experience with this company and the last. When I called and complained, Cito, had nothing to say about the job or did not even offer any rebate. The bible says "go the extra mile"; this company did not even go the FIRST MILE in my book. I was in business in Boise Idaho for 17 years and I am learning that some people and some business should not be in business. In my opinion, this might be just one of those companies that should be sitting on the bench. JRI

He did an excellent job. Not only did he prune the trees, but he also pruned my bushes and raked all the leaves that have fallen so far. He also gave me advice on how to save a maple tree that is infected with bugs. The other tree service said to pull the tree out.

Cito and his crew came over, gave us an estimate which we liked, and started the job right away. They did a fantastic job of avoiding many spiders to get the job done. They cleaned up the area and hauled away all the branches. The next day, Cito brought his stump grinder and got rid of the trunks. They did a fantastic job, the area looks wonderful, and I would not hesitate to call him again. Thanks, Cito!

Cito and team were great! My initial contact resulted in Cito coming by to perform a good estimate. He had several suggestions on what we might do to improve the landscaping. I accepted some of those for this first job and others for a future job. The team showed up as promised and within just a few hours had all the work completed. The picked up all the debris and washed down the walks. They accomplished all the work as promised and even more! Excellent job! I would highly recommend them, and I plan to have them come back for additional work next spring.

I was very impressed with them. When I first called, I got a real person and they made an appointment that Saturday which was very impressive. The guy that showed up was a very genuine person along with his crew. They made appointments promptly and were very punctual. They're coming back to do some tree service later on in the year. I would highly recommend them.

Less than optimal. Expectations: Provider quoted: Removal of all hedge and grind roots stumps Removal of 2 Elm trees by back fence Removal of 2 dead Apple trees Stump grind all stumps for removed trees Stump grind at no charge additional charge stumps left by prior contractor Haul away all debris Additional information: Provider was asked to complete work by end of business March 1, 2016. He assured us that would not be a problem. He said that he would bring a five-man crew and get it done in one day. *Payment due upon completion of work Total Cost $1700 What happened: 1. Hedge that had grown into the chainlink fence was left in place: Provider's quotes are that "I don't want to ruin my saws." and "It is too expensive for me to remove the material. You need to remove the chainlink fence. 2. Two stumps were left in place, the tallest at 2 feet. Provider promised to remove them after we removed the fence. 3. All debris was not removed, because of the parts that are still in the fence. 4. All other tasks were successfully completed. 5. Five-man crew was not on site. There were three men for the first half of the first day until one man left. 6. Provider asked my wife for half-payment around 4pm on the first day. Frustration: Would the provider have done this level of work if this were his home? Were I to put up a sign with "Work provided by [Your Business Name]" on this job, would he be proud of the results? In my opinion, this level of work and finished product puts me at odds with the current city ordinances for fencing and creates a visual nuisance. Replacement of the fence or paying someone else to complete the job will add additional cost to get the job done right. By my assessment: This job is not completed nor has it met the promises tendered for consideration in the quote! The provider surveyed the work prior to his bid. He knew about the fence. He knew about the hedge. He had an opportunity prior to his quote to put in caveats or exclusions or to limit the scope of work or to provide a bid that would truly mirror his costs should said costs really be more expensive. Instead, there were no caveats. There were no "upon discovery" clauses. The scope of work was clearly set along with the price and terms. The service provider seems to be knowledgeable and experienced at his profession, which set expectations for the scope of work to be completed as written. Were he a novice, it would be understandable for a bid to be low or a scope of work to be inaccurate. Based on his quote, his knowledge, and his experience, he was selected and the job was initiated. The provider focussed only on the work that could be done using power tools. The part of the job that requires hand tools, remains unfinished with the provider's only solution being to remove the fence at my further expense. In my opinion, the branches that are in the fence links need to be manually clipped out and the two stumps that have not yet been removed need to be removed by axe. As a professional, the provider should recognize this. Because of the agreed upon scope of work, and because I am paying $1,700 for this job, I expect it: That is, I expect the job to be completed to the terms set in the quote, not just the part that is power-tool friendly. Acknowledgement: I understand that the job was / is a hard, dirty, difficult job. I appreciate that there are dedicated people who do this work. That is why I was willing to pay the $1,700 to have the job done right. The parts of the job that were completed create a clean visual experience. I understand that not every possibility can be anticipated or considered, but that is why we trusted in the provider's experience and knowledge and commitment to doing what he said he would do. Suggestions to Angieslist: Allow the ability to attach photos so that the readers can see the quality of work provided by the service provider.

Great! Called Cito yesterday he came out at around 2 looked at the trees and then came out this morning. Work was done by 12:30. He and his crew were amazing and professional!!!!

Amazing! Both Cito and his team were professional and efficient. Removed both trees and hailed the wood away without a single problem!

Cito was great to work with to understand and estimate what we were looking for. We had a very large sandbox with a play structure inside. We asked Cito to move the structure, get rid of all the sand, tree roots, dirt, etc. and put new sod in to match the rest of the lawn. The work was done well and on time. Another great aspect is after the work was done, there were some brown spots developing in the new sod. We called and asked about this because it was concerning and not going away. Cito came by and looked it over then told us it was from billbugs. He told us what to get and apply to fix the issue. I followed his instructions and everything cleared up. I would definitely recommend Cito and use him again.

Vert good work done in a timely, clean manner. Did all I asked with a smile for the pre aranged cost. It was a difficult job and the weather was terrible, so I appreciate their work, attitude and attention to detail. This is the second time we have used this service and are still happy. This is the fourth landscaping project I have hired Mr. Garcia and his crew for in the last year and a half. Mr. Garcia and his crew are always responsive, professional, and do a great job for a fair price. Wouldn't call anyone else.

They were here yesterday. It is on a monthly plan and it costs me approximately $100 a month. It depends on how many weeks they are out in a month. I had them do it early on when I first started using them and lately I've been doing most of that kind of stuff myself. They do a fine job. They are competitive with other services in the area. They are really good. They are here with in an hour of the same time next week when they come. As far as the crew that comes out , I don't have much contact with them but the owner of the company is really professional. When I first called him, he was out here the same day to take a look at my lawn and give me a price. I like the quality of the work and speed of the work. I don't have a huge yard but they are in and out of here in 15 minutes. I'd recommend them to somebody.

They show up, they get the work done, and they do a great job.

Cito and his crew showed up on time for the bid and the job. His bid was less then the other 2 companies that I had out. Very professional and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend his company.

From start to finish, Cito was professional and inspecting every aspect of the job. It was a very hot day and Cito arrived very early and worked very hard as he instructed his crew. He did not stop till the job was done. He was very precise about the care the grass would need in terms of watering, especially in the heat wave. He was very professional in all areas.
