It went great. I had a large limb that fell during a storm, they were able to come out within two days to get it cut and leave me an estimate for trimming up the two large willow trees in my front yard. Their quote was easily half of their competitors. Came back a few days later and trimmed up the willows, they look great. If I wasn't already using a company I am happy with for my weekly mow and cleanup, I would switch to Creative Landscape.

They were very responsive all the way from the bid process through to adjusting a sprinkler head that was hitting a window when it was all done. They went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. They were very polite and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

Cito and his team showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They did a great job of taking the trees down that overhung various neighbor properties without any issues. The cleaned up everything very well and were very professional in their work. I would use them again!

Right off the bat, I received monthly billing in ADVANCE of ANY work. Since Kelly was so polite and friendly on the phone, I presumed it was in error and said so. Pete and Kevin showed up as scheduled for weekly mowing. Pete's expertise with a trimmer is very poor and he races around like a 'bull in the china shop', no wonder he cannot focus on what he is doing. I gave them another week to see if there would be improvement. He turned on my irrigation system, but neglected to clean out the filters which stopped the flow in the drip lines to one portion of my yard. I was not aware of this until later when I had landscapers here to re-do some dead plants in my yard. They discovered it and cleaned the filters which took all of several minutes. Pete had no knowledge of the timer and could not do it. I contacted Kelly and told her that I needed regular turn off and start up service for my irrigation system and expected standard service INCLUDING timer set-up. Cito came to do it but obviously did not understand how to set the timer and I ended up with it set TWICE per day and EVERY DAY. I had to get my landscapers to do it when they came. On the second mow on April 29th, I watched Pete (lead) to see if there was any improvement from their first trip. There was not. I had sprayed weed killer in the crack between the driveway and the sidewalk and about 10 weeds were nicely dead awaiting plucking and even though Pete and Kevin walked over these dead weeds several times, there was no attempt at picking them out. I was very disappointed to see this. I requested a bid for de-thatching, over seeding and a small amount of top soil for eroded areas in my very small back yard. Cito's bid was $225, quite a bit higher than I expected since I've had similar work done in the past for $100. I told Kelly it was too high and she replied with an agreement for $125, but no mention of the top soil. Back and forth numerous times until they decided they wanted $100 for 1/2 yard of top soil. She could not give me a reason or any explanation. I gave up and finally understood that these people simply do not have any real knowledge of common business practices, and are unable to learn or change their behavior. I didn't hire them expecting PHD's, but I DID expect good service with knowledge of what they were doing. Unfortunately, that was not the outcome. They act like they just began their business and really have no training or background in business whatsoever. I just got yet another full month advance billing with a charge for 'turn on and check' for the irrigation for $30 plus last months bill that was paid the very day it was due. Frankly, I've had enough. If you are seeking good service and standard business practices, you will not receive it here.

It went very well. Cito and his crew did the entire job in about two hours and and there was a lot of work involved. The berm looked great upon completion and overall we were very pleased with their effort.

There was a bit of a communications and scheduling snaffu at first but second date was set and Cito arrived promptly that morning. He and his worker did everything agreed to plus a little more. This including a very annoying stump covered with large suckers in a hard to reach location. They didn't even smash any plants or flowers which must have took quite a bit of trouble. They also removed a small plum tree, and some overgrown elm saplings, plus got rid of a 7' tall and 10' wide pile of dead elm branches. The job was done efficiently and excellent clean up afterwards despite long weeds on the property and other barriers. Cito and his worker were polite and friendly, which is not my experience with contractors in general! I really appreciate the work finished and for a reasonable price too.

When Cito, the owner came to give us the original estimate in July 2014 he stated that $50.00/week included mowing, fertilization, MONTHLY flower bed clean up, and fall clean up before winter. His crew did a decent job on the lawn. Fertilization happened only when I asked WHEN it was going to be done, and as far as MONTHLY flower bed clean up - that happened only once the first month and only after I called him twice to ask WHEN it was going to get done. Sprinkler blow out: we received notification that if we wanted this service please call the office and schedule with Kelly. Called to office 3 times with no return call. On the fourth try I finally got Kelly who supposedly put us on the schedule. The date came and passed and Cito never showed up to blow out the sprinklers. I called Kelly again and somehow we were not put on the schedule. Cito finally showed up the following week. Now, comes the fall clean up that was supposed to be included I the original quote of $50.00/week. They came as scheduled, but I wasn't at home. My husband called me at work stating that Cito asked for a $150.00 payment! When I arrived home I was amazed to see that about a third of what should have been pulled was left and that there were a pile of leaves in the side yard that had not been removed. I had never seen such a sloppy fall clean up When I finally was able to get a hold of Cito he told me he never includes the yard cleanup in the monthly price. When I asked why all the plants had been left he said that they'd were at the house for 3 hours (not true) and since I was unhappy he'd come by and do one last lawn mowing to make up for it and do the rest of the clean up. Never happened. I also reminded him that he was supposed to do the flower bed clean up once a month, but that never happened. He had no answer for this. The other thing that I found odd was that he invoiced for services at the beginning of the month PRIOR to services being performed. I informed him that I would only pay for services that had been completed at the end of the month. In the end I found a great young man who provides the services himself, shows up on time, and does what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it.

The estimate came in so high ($4200.00) that I was left to assume that they didn't want the work. I found another landscape company who bid $1100.00 for the same work. I responded to Creative Landscaping with the following email. Their response was that I should have been appreciative that they did a free bid and sent it to me on a Sunday. And, ?how rude of me to question them and not like the bid.? A few more distasteful emails later, and I felt this needs to be shared. Thank you for the estimate but this is such a huge amount that I need to look elsewhere. All the estimates I got last summer where around $1200 to $1500. Roughly $300 for grading, $250 (10x$25) for topsoil, $105 (3x$35) for rock, $250 (5x$50) for garden mix, $500 for one days' labor for 2 people. That leaves $100 for weed barrier and I already put that down for $25. What the other $3000 is for is a mystery to me. If you didn't want the job, "No thank you" would have worked just fine.

They've done the yard, flower beds, trimming and all kinds of stuff. About two or three people came out to do it. It was very reasonable. They're quick, prompt, polite, courteous and professional. They know what you need before you know. They can read your mind.

CITO AND HIS CREW WERE PROMPT EFFICIENT, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY NEAT. PRICE WAS RIGHT. ALL BRANCHES AND LARGE TREE STUMP WAS REMOVED.

Cito was here when he said he'd be here. He listened attentively and took notes. When he returned, he returned at the appointed time, went about his work as agreed (he even added a little work for a very nominal charge) and cleaned the yard completely before leaving. He was polite, thorough, finished in a reasonable amount of time and charged a very reasonable fee. We have already made arrangements to have him return in Spring to do additional work. I am happy to recommend him highly.

o and I'll certaWe I got yhe original bid I told him to leave off the weedy west side yard from the job (I was just trying to save money). He DID IT ANYWAY - NO CHARGE. He told me that the yard look \ed so good he couldn't leave it untouched. What a pro! I'll certainly use him again.

They showed up exactly when I was told they would. Did a wonderful job and always professional and friendly. The owner is always full of great ideas and suggestions.

Everything went great from the time of bid to the finished work. Cito was punctual and actually early for the bid appointment and came in much cheaper then I expected. We scheduled the work, Cito showed up bright and early with a great crew who were friendly and very professional. The work was done way faster than I imagined and it was quite impressive watching them bring down the tall tree cleanly and swing from tree to tree taking down large branches with control. The clean up was quick and they left the yard cleaner than it was when before they started. This was a great experience from start to finish.

Creative was responsive, on time and did a great job every week. We will use them again at our next house.

It went very well. Cito called and we set up an appoint for a quote. He was a couple hours early on that appointment (no complaints though). Went through all that I wanted done and we had agree'd upon a price that I though was fair. He was upfront on not being sure on the availability on some of his workers/subcons and that we may need to adjust the date for the tree removal. He called a couple days later to reschedule that portion of the work. From there the work was done as scheduled with Cito calling the day before to confirm that they were coming and then calling afterwards let me know they were done. They did exactly what was quoted. Very happy.

Cito came out and gave me an estimate to remove a 20' dead pine tree in my backyard. He scheduled the tree removal the following week. Cito called the day before to confirm the appointment. Three men arrived slightly earlier than the scheduled time and removed the dead tree. Because of the smaller size of the trunk, Cito choose to dig and chop out the root ball instead of using a stump grinder. Lots of hard physical labor was involved in chopping out the root ball on such a hot day. They hauled all of the dead tree away. The entire process took a little over one hour. They did not pick up all of the needles that had fallen off of the tree. I was told that they would breakdown over time. I did not receive an invoice and paid Cito when they were finished with the job. I would definitely hire Cito and his crew again for any of my landscape needs.

Does my front lawn, Trims and mows.

Just purchased this home. Cito and his team were on time. Everyone was very nice. They worked really hard. The yard was very over grown. There were far too many plants and weeds everywhere. I showed him what I wanted and what I didn't. What needed to be trimmed and pruned. They went to work and just didn't stop until it was all done. Looks GREAT! I am so pleased. Will be using them again in the fall to relocate some of the plants that I kept. Highly recommend them.

Cito was the only provider to show up when I'd asked for bids from 5 different Companies. He and I discussed the Scope of Work and he quoted a price and availability. We agreed on both and I was impressed with his Professionalism. On the day of the appointment, Cito and his crew arrived at 9:00 AM and got straight to work. I came out to discuss the project with Cito as it had been a couple of weeks since we spoke. Cito remembered the exact Scope of Work we had discussed. I was impressed! They completed all the work, cut down the wood, raked the areas and were finished within 4 hours. They did beautiful work and again, I was very impressed.

They were professional and did a good job of trimming a very large maple tree. I was very satisfied with their work. They cut down several limbs and were careful not to cut any limbs that would leave a hole in the canopy. They cleaned up everything even little pieces.
