We are extremely pleased with the work they have done. The carpet was dryer than what some other companies would leave it. They also were able get some spots up and did not leave any chemicals. They are very pet friendly. They usually send one technician. Each time, it is a different tech, and they have all done good work. There is no problem with scheduling. One time, their truck was parked close to a hedge and the exhaust of their truck killed a part of it. I called and they took care of the problem for me. They cut up cover corners to protect my furniture while doing the work as well. Overall, this has been a good experience.

The work they did turned out very good. They were able to get not only the stains, but also the small out. The one technician was able to get all of the work done. They are very responsive to my calls and show up on time. They also very clean. They wear little booties while working and also put on corner guards on the furniture. They are very professional and I will not use anyone else for this work.

They were excellent. I would use them again. The technician was great to work with. He showed up on time and as very thorough with the job. The pricing was very reasonable. The scheduling was easy. I go an appointment within a few days. It was great! When the work was done, there was no chemical smell or anything.

These guys rock! We've had the chemical guys come the last couple of years and the spots always came back. But with the process that Zerorez uses we haven't seen the spots. It took about 4 hours for the carpet to dry and the carpet didn't have that crusty feel that the other guys left either. The technician was very knowledgeable and discussed spots and the science of liquids and why some spots don't come out (reds on nylon carpet). He also went above and beyond trying to remove a pet stain for me. I'll definitely use these guys again!

This is a 4 yr old home we moved into about 2 yrs. ago, and prior to that it had very little activity. House was vacant for the better part of a year. We got a puppy about a year ago and then a young adult dog a few months later and while we used a Spotbot for their messes during housebreak training, we have been hearing the radio ads for the better part of a year and decided that it was time to do a thorough cleaning for the overall health of the carpets. The online scheduling process was very easy. We secured our 3-hr window and received emails with confirmation and pre-cleaning instructions. As promised, a technician called 1-2 days before service and stated the 3-hr window he would be arriving. That window was different than the one we signed up for, but actually worked out better for us. Also as promised, Chris called 1/2 hr. before arriving. He arrived 1 hour into the 3-hr. window which was perfect. After taking a look around and assessing that we didn't have any special needs (no prominent stains or odors) he explained the process and got to work. He took great care in protecting the corners that the hoses would likely come into contact with and was very methodical and thorough in cleaning. We were delighted at how 1-2 shades of "dingy" were lifted, and our carpets are now brighter and look like new again. There's a new freshness, as well. And no "crunchiness" from lingering soaps. Chris was top-notch in professionalism, friendliness and knowledge, and just all-around personable! He took a few moments to get to know us as people (e.g. what brought us out here all the way from the east coast, etc.). I can't say enough good things about Zerorez Boise. We will happily hire them again, and recommend the company at every opportunity.

I was very satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge of the technician. I added the stairs and the tough red stain later after discussing the price and testing of lifting the stain. He also worked very hard to get out any stains that were in the main rooms without charging extra. This was the first time I have had a professional carpet cleaning done in a home that I own. I am very pleased with services and the professionalism, I would recommend Zerorez to any one for cleaning services. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for my next cleaning needs.

They were good to listen to concerns and explain what they could do. They also did more than normal cleaners do in regards to helping with the furniture. We had it all moved out but the couch we just moved to the side & planned on moving it back so they could do the rest. They moved it for us. We planned on just the walk areas in the dining room but they moved the table to get all of the area. I have never seen carpet cleaners do that before!!! I have already recommended them to family members & plan on using them myself in the near future.

I was impressed with the type of cleaning product, the thoroughness of the work and the real attention to detail while respecting my property. David thinks it through and stays focused. He's excellent with listening, responsive and direct on his answers and follows through after the work. Within a day or two, we were contacted on a follow up and were asked some good quality assurance questions. The national franchise does an excellent job on their website and web support, and this local company is entirely top shelf. The price was competitive but the product and service were outstanding!

forI decided to use Zerorez because they didn't use soap that leaves residue on the carpets. The man who came was courteous and willing to answer all of my questions. I noticed that the traffic pattern in the bedroom didn't come out as well as all the other spots and he went over it again, explaining that it probably wouldn't help, as the dirt had had enough time over the years to get right into the fiber itself. He was right, though when the carpet was dry, the path had pretty much disappeared. They use fans to speed the drying time. The only complaint I have is the smell of the living room carpet after cleaning. But not getting that resolved is my fault as I didn't follow up on it like I should. It is better now. They were good at protecting the corners and floor where the hoses came through and careful around furniture that couldn't be moved. All in all, I will use them again - more regularly so dirt doesn't get ground in anymore.
