The appointment to clean my carpets went great. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job at explaining what they were doing.

They came to clean my carpets and air ducts. The carpets were cleaned well. The air ducts are not as clean as I think they should be. Overall, they did an OK job.

The technician was professional and courteous. The carpets came out great. The only reason why I rated a C on price was because the air duct cleaning is very expensive. That portion was $450. I still chose to have them do the air ducts because it needed to be done and I felt I could trust Zerorez, rather than another company or person I don't know anything about. The carpet cleaning was very reasonably priced.

The carpets are now clean.

It turned out the best I have ever had done. Will use them again in April.

It worked out fine. They called and we made the appointment. They came out on time and they worked around my schedule when they did it. Everything was done to my satisfaction. I actually added on another room when they were here. They did a good job.

I had heard raves about this service on a local radio show (I was told it was not an advertisement) this was the best carpet cleaning around. I have used many different services over the years but I wanted to give them a try. Even though the serviceman was very nice and emphasized a 30-day guarantee the spots started showing up again with a few days. I never called him back because I figured there was something in their process that just didn't get the job done. In fairness, the carpet although very expensive when new, is 12 years old and has a lot of wear and tear. I recently got it done by another provider with a different process and it seems to be holding up much better.

They did a great job. Amy was very professional and informative. She was detail oriented and took pride in a job well done. The tile cleaning was amazing. I had tried the old fashion way of scrubbing on my hands and knees with little success. In much less time they had the job done and the tile was like brand new. Wow!

I wasnt able to use the deal because the owner advised me I am out of the service area. I am little disappointed because I called before I purchased the deal to ensure my area was covered and told it was. Now, extra costs are involved to come to my area.

You can schedule an appointment online which I did. They called the day before and quoted me a time that was not what I had chosen online (several weeks prior). When I explained to them that the new time would not work, they put me on hold then came back with a more appropriate time. Technician called 15 minutes prior to arrival. Arrived on time. Took about 2 hours total. Carpets look great. Explained a few areas with wear marks that are clean but don't appear as bright as other areas. Carpets were dry about 12 hours later.

Very happy with carpet and airduct cleaning, grout cleaning was not worth the price. Techinican doing the work was very professional, explained each service prior to starting. My house cleaner commented " whoever cleaned your carpets did a great job!".

They scheduled me for the day I needed with just a few days out and came right on time and did a special vacuum to loosen dirt and then steam cleaned 6 rooms and 18 stairs. I left when the rep was starting and came back after he was done. Our carpets were very stained and dirty from the previous owners of the home, and I doubted they could look much better, but they looked amazing when he was done. The only thing that didn't come out was some essential oil that I had spilled on the carpet. I should add that our carpets are that terrible almost white color that was so popular more than a decade ago.

.As promised when I made the appointment, Josh called 15 minutes before his arrival, and showed up exactly 15 minutes later. After measuring and assessing the area, he explained how his process worked, quoted a very reasonable price and gave me the option of him coming back another day or doing the job right then & there. I chose right then. He immediately went to work. The results were truly amazing! Although the sofas had been cleaned before, Josh made them look showroom fresh The carpet, as well, had been cleaned several times before, but turned at least 1 full shade lighter after the ZEROREZ treatment! We had honestly been thinking of replacing the carpet, but that's no longer an issue. ZEROREZ gave us a brand new lobby!

It's a green technology type of company. They're very professional. They did an excellent job. There was no water left on the flooring wax. They gave us information on exactly what their products work and how to care for the carpet afterwards. They noticed when we went through our master's bedroom that we had to walk in tile shower. It's a pretty big one which tangles all the way up to the ceiling. They also gave me a bid or asked if I'd like one, I said yes on sealing the tile in the shower and in the floor as well. I think their price was very reasonable. They called a couple of days before and they called this morning before they came.

They were very easy to work with. They were efficient. They did the job and left.

It didn't work out great. The cleaning was really good. They quoted me for about $233, however he talked to me earlier about carpet protection. I asked him to give me a price and he said it would be $90 for the protection. When it was time to pay, he told me $233. He swiped my car and everything seemed fine. He said I would get emailed a receipt. It took about a week. When I saw the receipt it was for $333 dollars. I called the company and got a run-around. Then the owner of the business called me several days later and just argued with me. He said it was my word against theirs.

The stains are gone and have not reappeared and the workman was very polite and professional.

The Zerorez technician arrive on time and was very pleasant. We went over the entire area to be cleaned pointing out stains as we went from area to area. He got started right away and was out in about 1 1/2 hours. I was concerned that the carpet would be very wet when he was done but he assured me that it would be dry within 6 hours and I could put my furniture back into place. Sure enough, he was right! All the stains came out and the carpeting looked and smelled new. I have used other companies in the past and have not had good results. And, I was left with wet carpet for a week! I will definitely use Zerorez again and would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

Zerorez showed up on time and did what they said they?d do. For an overall price less than $125, we got 2 bedrooms cleaned and the living room rug. There was a small fee included in the overall price for the fact we had a wool rug and wanted it pretty dry when they were done. We asked about their claim to have most carpets dry within a couple of hours from completion, and they placed large fans on the carpet that did the job. We asked why our carpet in the one room seemed to get dirtier quicker than the other rooms, and they took the time and interest to explain the nature of the carpet material and our usage, etc. They did an excellent job in a professional, cooperative manner at a price and within the time frame that were reasonable. We are very happy to find Zerorez, as we?ve used many, many other carpet cleaners over the years. Until now, we had issues with most ? not on time, not on budget, not cleaning properly, not getting carpets dry, etc. It?s a real delight to find a family run company with a knowledge and dedication to getting the job done right. We?ll be using them again this year as well.

The work turned out great. I love this company. We could never get the smell of pets left by the previous owners out of the carpet, and Zerorez was able to do so. When they came out, they sent one technician. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and explained every single thing he was going to do before getting out his equipment. I got scheduled easily. We actually got squeezed into a spot. We plan on using them again!
