Description of Work: I have used them for grout cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Both were great. Make your appointment in the am if possible. They always call and say when they are coming over about 30 minutes ahead of time. I loved working with Josh.

Description of Work: I was not there to actually see the service. The report from my brothers, who live at the location, is that the carpets were like new after cleaning. There were some very dirty carpets with greasy and sticky spots.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, this is one of those PREPAID 'deals' where the service guy shows up and says that it is going to cost extra money, do you still want him to do the job? | |This is how it is listed on Angie's List under the title "$99 Carpet Cleaning Package for 3 Areas": | |"Here's the Deal: |$99 for up to 3 rooms of carpet cleaning (up to 250 square feet each); additional areas can be added at an additional charge |Includes light furniture moving |Standard pre-treatment (the Empowered Waterâ„¢ Pre-treatment plus high agitation with pile lifting system) |Sanitizing with Empowered Waterâ„¢ |Deodorizing |Spot Removal" | |I purchased and prepaid this package that offered up to 750 sf total in 3 areas. I have one large room that measures 22x21= 462 sf (minus the ~50 sf under furniture that does not move). I also have one carpeted stairway (well under 250 sf). Every other carpet cleaner we have used from Angie's List will happily substitute the stairs for one of the 'areas' - particularly since the total sf adds to less than stipulated. To have the stairs done were charged an extra $20 paid at the time of service. | |ALSO, the advertising on the offer seems deceptive as listed. When they say: | |"Standard pre-treatment (the Empowered Waterâ„¢ Pre-treatment plus high agitation with pile lifting system) |Sanitizing with Empowered Waterâ„¢" | |... they simply use deionized water. Empowered water is nothing but plain water that is put through a water softener and deionized. Their website makes it appear that this is special technology but my best guess is that the only thing unique about it may be the brand of water softener/filter equipment they use. The technology itself is not special - many houses have this stuff installed. | |What we felt was even more deceptive was the promise of 'deodorizing' in the offer. They do not use a deodorizer of any sort. The tech claimed that odors come from the soap and cleaners other companies use and since they only use plain water - they believe that is equivalent to using a deodorizer. I call foul on this claim. The wet carpet smell lasted a long time after the carpets dried. | |We will not use this company again - their deals are more expensive than what competitors offer and the result is less satisfying. Plus, we don't like feeling deceived. Tricky website wording appears to us to simply be flashy wrapping paper on a less than stellar product. |

Description of Work: Absolutely THE best. David the service technician (and franchise owner?) was incredibly good. He was courteous, friendly without being overly "talky", and he was so knowledgeable. Our carpets were cleaned the last two times by another cleaner and we just weren't very happy because the day after they left the carpets looked dirty again. With Zerorez our carpets look brand new again, and we have 2 boisterous dogs - we did have 3 but we had one put to sleep several months ago. She was very sick prior to being put to sleep so there were lots of "messes" throughout the carpet. Zerorez got them up with no problem at all, and those carpets look terrific. Dave said that cleaning your carpet is a cheap remodel and he's so right! Looks like we have a new home altogether. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Zerorez carpet cleaning. Next time we'll have them do our couches too.
