Excellent!
Description of Work: They have cleaned my carpets for three years now I'm on their yearly program. If I get a bad stain for some reason they are right there to clean it. My mother in law was living with us and we were out of town I called them ,they came right over and cleaned it . It was amazing!

Description of Work: They cleaned my carpet. Nice job cleaning, but I felt the carpet was a bit too damp when they were done. Perhaps some fans would have helped. Also when he was going to be late(it was around an hour), the office didn't call even though the service man said he had asked them to call and let me know.

Description of Work: Nothing. Ultimate Carpet Cleaning has an ad on their website for "24 hour Emergency Cleaning" right next to the Angie's list logo. When I called to have them come and do my Mom's carpet the day before her party, they said the "Emergency" cleaning was only for those who already had an appointment and only if there schedule was not full that day. The carpets went uncleaned. It was still a great party. Don't be fooled by the false advertising about "Emergency Cleaning"
