THIS COMPANY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 400 DOLLARS FOR A SMALL FAMILY ROOM AND A FEW STAIRS AND LANDING. I HAD A FEW SMALL PET STAINS. (SMALL YORKIE) THE TECH DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE STAINS BEFORE QUOTING A RIDICULOUS PRICE. YOU CANNOT GIVE A FAIR PRICE WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE PET STAINS WITH A BLACK LIGHT, SO HOW DID HE EVEN KNOW WHAT TO CHARGE ME. HE WAS ARROGANT AND SAID I WOULD NOT FIND ANYONE ELSE TO DO THE JOB AND I WOULD BE CALLING HIM BACK TO FIX WHAT THE NEXT CLEANER DID. HA CALL ALL SEASONS CARPET CLEANING, THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, EDUCATED AND THOROUGH AND MOST OF ALL HONEST AND FAIR PRICED. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

We have used Ultimate Carpet Cleaning many times, and will continue to do so. They are very knowledgeable and professional plus prompt and courteous. They always discuss what they will do and follow through. I have also had them clean rugs, and they end up really beautiful. They have made it their business to know everything they can about their industry, and they offer many options that other companies do not. I have total faith in them.

Very punctual, responsive, on time. Does a great job in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Couch, chair and sofa haven't looked this good since new. Highly recommend

We took a 4 by 6 foot oriental rug with natural dyes to be cleaned. Expensive hand knotted wool and cotton Turkish (Hereke) rug. Prior to giving the rug to them they assured us they had the experience and knowledge to clean the rug with care. It took us about 6 months to get this carpet back. When we unrolled the carpet we found the colors had run onto the white fringe and discolored the fringe in large patches. The cleaners promised us they could get the stain out. When we got it back the second time it was clear that the fringe was damaged. Instead of being a soft fringe, it was hardened and brittle. Rather than have them ruin it more we just accepted as a bad experience. I am writing now because the fringe has deteriorated further and is falling out. The$5000 carpet is definitely ruined and we have not pursued it further since their previous promises did not work out. Do no use this company for hand knotted or hand dyed carpets. I am writing this hopefully as a warning to any one else looking for this specialized cleaning service.

Excellent job, did both carpeting and couch. Punctual, on time and fair price

Left a puddle of water at the foot of stairs. Didn't clean stairs very well. Expensive. Paid 97.50 in addition to the 45.00 I paid initially. My apartment is very small and I mentioned the cost to the gentleman who cleaned the carpet and he said Ultimate doesn't advertise it but they are the most expensive in town.

I have a very small house, 1050 sq. feet. After they measured they said it would be around 300. I said I would pay no more than 100 and I had a coupon for 100 worth of work for 49. He agreed to a lower price and I purchased the coupon (for 49). Then he tried to charge me 100 more (149 in total). I said I agreed to 100 total price. I understand the miscommunication but the price was way overboard even without it. He called his manager and they said just do it for the agreed upon price. I left and he did the work (all the rooms were wet when I came home). But, I didn't feel it was a very good job and he didn't even move my couch or small chair to do around/under them. Over all I am not happy. I would not use them unless you have money to burn.

It was great. We wanted to get the carpet cleaned before the new renters moved in, and only had a few days. They responded to my message almost immediately and found a time the next day they could come do the job. Carpet looks great!

Perfect. Looked like a brand new rug

I've used them several times. They cleaned a piece of furniture a year before that. They've done both and they were excellent. Its a locally owned company and they are very good. I've used them now I think three times because their service is excellent. They always give me a decent price but I can get it for less money. I will definitely use them again.

Ultimate first cleaned our wall-to-wall carpeting in our master bedroom, office and den. Based on our satisfaction with this carpet cleaning, we had pleasant and candid discussions with Jeremy Higley, the owner of Ultimate, concerning the refinishing of our 1,550 square feet of our 5" plank, red birch hardwood flooring. Jeremy did careful measurements of our flooring, provided options and pricing for several types of coatings on the refinished flooring and responded to our numerous questions. He also recommended a moving company for moving out and in of our furniture and area rugs, which company's services were very responsive and well done. We elected to proceed with the refinishing during a period when we were on a trip, which required placing much responsibility on Jeremy. When we returned, Jeremy had done everything he had promised and we were very happy with the appearance of our refinished hardwood. We discussed with Jeremy prior to our departure our concerns with preserving the integrity of the wood baseboards adjacent to the flooring during the sanding process. He assured us that the wood flooring adjacent to the baseboards would be hand-sanded to avoid damaging the baseboards. The refinishing was done with no damage whatsoever to the baseboards. All in all, we were very happy with the work performed by Jeremy and his company and the price charged. Terrific!

Slow to complete the job, but very good job. Somewhat pricey but will probably use again.

They did a good job cleaning the love seat I had them clean. They were just too expensive and I felt frustrated that I had taken time off work and now would only have my love seat cleaned. They told me that to clean my chair would be $69, my loveseat $99 and my couch $129. So I paid $45 for $99 of work, so I told them just to clean the love seat. My furniture only cost $799 for the group at RC Willey's, why would I pay that much to have it cleaned. If I had know how expensive it was I would have done it myself.

Pet odor remained. However, previous experience with other cleaners have also been unsuccessful in removing pet urine odors from carpets.

They were very patient with me. They said that the price could have been more if it hadn't been for the coupon. They did a great job when they were here. They were quick and it dried fast. I have no complains about the work. They did a beautiful job but I won't use them again simply because I can't afford them. They did a really good job. It looks really nice after they finished. They also do have removed the stains and everything. I appreciated the way they did the job. It was really nice.

You cannot do any better than Ultimate carpet cleaning. Amazing job!! Made 15 year old carpet look like NEW. Brought nap up that I hadn't seen for years. ALL stains gone. Exactly like new again. Extremely pleased!! A little more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Went OK...had to come back to hit a couple of spots pointed out ahead of time that didn't get cleaned a 1st time through.

It appears all of the stubborn pet stains are gone. The carpets look good. I thought I ordered a deodorizer with the cleaning, but when the carpets were done, there was a bit of a dank odor for a couple of days. It went away, but get the low down on that. Price higher than most too, would not have hired had there not been a coupon.

Arrived exactly when they said they would. Explained all the services and costs after looking at areas to be cleaned. We picked the middle level services to be performed (we wanted the "scotchgard" as we have young children which = spills). Carpets looked great afterwards, they were pretty dirty to begin with and now look and feel much nicer. Great service, I think price was fair for amount of area being cleaned. Would definitely use them again.
